American Restaurant Luby's reviews
30I love the food here, every time I come to eat here I feel like I'm at home, the people here is so friendly and treat you so nicely.
Your food is marginally warm when its served and gets cold while waiting to pay. Otherwise food is good! Service is good!
Great tasting food, the price is starting to go up but I feel it's worth it. Some of the line servers and waitress could use more training but other than that the food makes everything better.
Food was delicious and prepared correctly. Service at drive'thru was slow but staff did apologize for slowness before I said anything. Location is right on feedroad of IH 10 so easy to find plus get back on IH 10.
The tea was good i got fried fish that was yummy husband got baked chicken i thought it was rather dry.
Fried fish not as good as other lubys plus manager doesn't have good customer service wont go to this location again
Very peaceful setting, great food, great service.always find something different and great on the menu
I usually come here, to buy my parents meals, and they love this location. I find that their drive thru service is quite convenient, and fast.
Their carryout is always understaffed. Their food is good but your chances are better getting in the usually long eat in line.
I hadn't been to Luby's in a few years because I no longer liked the serving line service (rude/unpleasant and rushed) and because I had gotten spoiled food more than once. The first time was dressing with the turkey, which y'all don't even serve anymore, and the other was spoiled Mac and cheese. I thought I'd give it another shot because I wanted a small Luann plate but a good meal. I was so disappointed because now y'all only have very limited entrees and sides. I got fish because y'all didn't have mashed potatoes, of all things, and I got Mac and cheese and green beans. It wasn't half as good as it use to be and the ticket for me and my husband was $25. Not worth it at all! The best part was the dining room attendant. She was very courteous. I think Luby's days are numbered and honestly, I favored Piccadilly, but they all left Houston, which really disappointed me when we found the last location at Almeda Mall closed up. Better quality food, pleasant staff with people skills, major marketing and a major makeover is the only thing that can save Luby's now. Sorry, but I'm very satisfied with Kelly's Country Cooking's prices, service and food, it's just a little further drive.
