Luby's, Houston TX

The staff was very helping when I was deciding what I wanted to eat. Everyone was very friendly. I would come back to this place.

Luby's is. Luby's. The food is exactly what you expect it to be, good food like the last time you were there, like everytime you ate there consistency. Warm, comforting and delicious. I love this place.

Thanks to Luby's for staying open. I used Curb side pickup & attendant was prompt with my order when I got there. I have loved the food because my family used to eat inside the resat

I had food delivered via Doordash. Delivery was fine but food was not so great. No gravy on the potatoes, no tarter sauce for fish. Mashed potatoes had hard chunks. Didn't realize I was ordering half a Piece of fish. Menu photo showed a full piece. Shoulda saved the $35 and got a $ 5 burger at McDonald's.

It was 6pm dinner time and they were out of everything! No potatoes of any sort and no dressing to go with the chicken. No wonder they are going out of business!

Bad experience ordering online. Arrived at the location to pick up and it hadn’t been prepared. Pick-up done at the register—which means I had to wait while others ordered and paid. Asked me to give them five minutes. Went in seven minutes later and heard guy say, “oh, I knew I was forgetting something. ” Waited another 10 minutes before food was brought to the car.

Family friendly. Sunday’s it’s always packed I think people frequent this place after coming from places of worship or just family day out. Food is really good and I like that they have a variety. This is definitely an upgraded buffet or better

Love their food, their service is mediocre. But 1 important sugestion.

Get automatic doors to help the elderly people get in. A lady with walker was having trouble. Don't know how long she was their trying to get the door open until we got there.

I have loved Luby's for years. Dependably good fresh food, low prices, smiling faces. Miss the Pasadena location.

We come from time to time and I gotta say Moneka was the best server she was very attentive and very nice

Food was ok for what it was. As soon as we got there they started turning everything off. We felt rushed the entire time we were there and it was 730 at night.

The food pretty good but the serving staff can be a little pushy and come off a little rude not all of them just some of them in particular.

Great place to grab a bite to eat. Large and fresh selection. We eat there once or twice a month.

The food was cold, the service was great, the cashier was in a hurry, I will not be coming back
Had a salad with a luan, the person serving the salad said it was a substitute for a veggie, was charged an additional $2.75 for the salad. You really need to get your workers to communicate.

Customer service is not great at all. Every time I have been here employees were very rude to me and my family. During one visit our food was extremely salty, every part of it. I will not be coming here again. The Luby's on telephone is much better

Lubys always have decent quality food. Nice selection. Close to home cook if not better. Reasonable priced.

It's been a while since I've been at Luby's. Wow, how the prices have escalated. $2.74 just to substitute a salad for a vegetable. Ridiculous! The food was Ok, but nothing to write home about. My corn selection was not really edible.

Not a bad place, but stinks when you are standing in line. The area smells like mold and mildew. The servers were nice and proficient. Food options have dropped from the past but still have a number of choices.

The eating area was clean and did not smell like it used to.

The parking lot floods so beware when raining.

Its a cool and a great place to ear good food and the people are great there it number 1 in my book!

The service was good. The food so-so especially for the cost. But, there is plenty of space to sit with good wait staff though. You don't feel packed in even when busy.
