I started working with Lucas a couple of years ago when I bought my Mercedes! Since I've never owned a European car, I didn't know how very different owning this ride could be. Because the SUV was not taken care of before, I've spent quite a bit of time at Lucas. The first time I took my Benz to another company because the service light was on. They did an oil change, when it actually needed a service, and when a company doesn't know the difference between an oil change and a service. I decided I'm only going to work with the European Car Pro's!
ALL of these guys are awesome, and they've always been there when I needed them most!

My son’s BMW was low on oil. Took it to Lucas’ and expected dealership like service. I was wrong - it was 1,000 times better! And was out within minutes! Best car shop ever!

I drive a 2007 corvette. Frank Vettes took care of my car until he passed away. I found Lucas Auto on the internet with surprisingly great reviews. I took my car there and Ryan was my customer service representative.

I’ve repeatedly used Lucas Autocare for substantial work on my 2008 BMW 328i over the last 9 years. The quality and value of their work has been outstanding and completed timely. I’ve saved thousands of dollars over dealer estimates. Lucas’ technicians have even found some work recommended by dealer techs to be unnecessary. Lucas is not conveniently located for me but the trip is definitely worth it!

Lucas Auto is amazing. Every single employee is extremely friendly and helpful and will ensure you get the service you need without overcharging you. This was the first place I took my car when I moved to Houston and I'll never go anywhere else. Better service, work, and prices than the dealership too.
