I bought a pair of boots in late April. I wear boots everyday and they are already falling apart. Not even being six months old I took them to the store for a repair. I was told it would be 12 weeks to have them repaired.

A boot costing as much as they charge for boots should not fail in six months. If the boot falls apart in less than six months making it right should not take another three months to fix. So now I need a ranch boot for the next three months while this boot is repaired.

If a boot doesn’t last a year no matter how good it looks it isn’t a boot worth getting. If company takes months to repair the damaged item leaving me with nothing the company isn’t worth doing business with. This will be the last pair of boots I buy from them.

We had a fantastic experience. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Melissa Vera helped us and she is very professional, and knowledgeable. My husband purchased his first pair of Luccese casual boot boot. We will definitely shop in there again.

Shout out to Bronson who helped me and my wife with our boots. Super knowledgeable guy really helped me in the direction on which boots to go with. He made me and my wife very comfortable working with him. Love this place and will be back

Love my Luccesse boots! Purchased a pair from Frisco that was actually shipped from a store in Albuquerque, NM. They shipped it directly to my house. My son put the delivery in his trunk and forgot all about them. In the meanwhile, Taylor, the manager, was working with me to get a refund because we thought they had been lost. They weren't. My son remembered them and gave them to me. I promptly called the store to apologize. Taylor was in my corner and willing to help! Thanks! Great quality boots!

Terrible experience attempting to purchase a $1,000 pair of Lucchese boots! The person who’s staffing this place (manager included) is doing themselves and potential customers a huge disservice. The lack of attentiveness is literally unbelievable considering the prices. Though there was just one other customer, I practically had to beg for attention because the main sales person wouldn’t stop doing whatever she was doing on the computer, and when someone finally asked what I was interested in, I shared the boot I wanted to buy and requested my size to try on. They took forever and brought out the wrong boot and size twice. Twice they couldn’t get it right. Meanwhile, because it was taking so long, my wife had left me to get some water at the nearby burger place to cure a seasonal tickle in her throat, just to find out they had stacks of bottled water for customers that were never offered. I finally told them it was ridiculous to try and deal with such distracted sales people and left the store. I called the manager from the burger place where my wife had to go for some water to share my experience and he did nothing but make excuses, saying that they were short staffed and that the employee who brought the wrong boots twice was called in from another location. The manager was pathetic, and the regular sales person that wouldn’t get off her computer was a joke, and substitute sales person from the other location who didn’t know what she was doing was untrained. I loved the boots, but unfortunately left them unpurchased because the service was so horrible. Folks, at those prices, the service should be on point and a complimentary bottled water should have been offered so my wife didn’t have to leave. Go to another location for your boots where you can truly experience what buying such fine boots should be like.

Bad service.walked in to buy, only one other customer in the store, Noone ever acknowledged my daughter and I were there. Left, no sale for them.

I had heard amazing things about these boots so I went over to The Star since I am local. I did find a pair I loved but they didn't have my size. The Assistant Manager, Megan, and said she would order 2 sizes in for me and call me when they got there and gave me her card. I didn't hear anything for about a week so I emailed her and she said she had ordered them and she would let me know when they came in. I responded with a question and she did not respond nor ever contact me to let me know the boots came in (if they ever did). Such disappointing customer service for a luxury product. It would be nice to go to the local store to be able to try on sizes and styles but looks like if I want Luchesse, I'll have to buy online. I did by another brand and am quite happy.
