Everyone in the office was do very kind. We specifically dealt with Ashley, Dr. Clegg, and Linda. Ashley has the bubbliest personality, even on the phone! And, she really knows her stuff. She even gave me some exercises to hep my jaws. Dr. Clegg was very kind. He was very informative and answered all our questions. He did a great job of suggesting i exercise my bottom jaw to prepare for my appliance. Linda was so helpful when informing us of our financial responsibilities and the warranty that is optional. Everyone was so kind, patient, and informative! Thank you!

All of the staff is so very friendly. Ashley McClennan is always thorough, helpful and upbeat. Dr Clegg is extremely knowledgeable and concerned about helping and finding solutions for sleep apnea.

Lucid is always in my book they're very nice and very good to people today they fixed my mouth piece so that it would fit my mouth after I had a crown put in from the dentist. Now I don't have to worry about it anymore and I would recommend them to anyone that had a sleeping problem.

Staff is excellent and very knowledgeable. Today I saw Savanah and Veronica. Was greeted at front desk and offered water, then taken in immediately for appointment. I had a thorough exam of my head, neck, teeth, throat, nose and sinuses. I was shown the oral appliances and given a thorough explanation of the procedures and tests.
I feel like I am in the right place for treatment!

I have been blown away by the amount of exceptional customer service I have received from Lucid Staff. I called on a Thursday after getting some alarming data my Samsung watch alerted me about. I was very emotional and overly concerned, Savannah not only got me in the following Tuesday (today) but made my anxiety calm down and reassured I was going to be taken care of. Today, after seeing even more alarming data results from the night prior, I was a mess. Walking into Lucid, I was greeted with smiles and felt comfortable. I recommend Kim Ramirez, sleep care coordinator. Kim was very sweet and helpful. She had so much information and made me feel so calm about everything. Still in the process of getting what will work for me, however I feel very at ease now.

Lucid is a 5 Star, hands down! I will definitely recommend Lucid Sleep Apnea to anyone. Thank you to all the Staff for your kindness.

TLDR: Good product, excellent service, responsive scheduling, pleasant staff. I came here because I was having trouble with my CPAP and found the idea of leaving tube life behind appealing. I was immediately impressed by the sheer depth of imaging and metrics they gathered. It took a while to get my application and adjust to it (and there are definitely some tradeoffs) but it's great to know I can sleep apnea-free without ready supplies of both power and distilled water!

Veronica was very thorough and excellent at explaining the whole process! I am delighted with my experience at Lucid!

Kim and and team at lucid have been incredible. All of my interactions with the team have been exceptional and Kim is a very friendly and fun professional. They have always been very accommodating to my schedule and have made the process of resolving my snoring issue a breeze. I can’t recommend them enough.
