Lucid Private Offices - Sugar Land

We have been looking for an office for our business for awhile, and once we found Lucid, it provides everything we need in terms of amenities, visual standards, and customer service. The staff was very fast, friendly, and efficient in providing us all the information we needed. Price was reasonable and clear. There were no hidden costs. We look forward to our time at Lucid!

I’ve been a tenant in a private office here for just over a year, and it’s been a highly satisfying experience. The building is conveniently located, always has plenty of parking, and has a calm energy about it. Lucid occupies the top floor, and the modern and minimalist design of the furnishings adds to the professional atmosphere.

For a solopreneur like myself, this coworking space provides an excellent base for work without the usual logistical hassles. The kitchen has an array of beverages including an ample supply of coffee and fruit infused water. Fridays are a pleasant surprise with complimentary beer, making it a great way to end the workweek.

The standout feature of this coworking space is undoubtedly its staff. Jessica and Chenie are competent, professional, and attentive to the needs of their tenants. Their friendly and approachable demeanor adds a personal touch to the experience.

This place is a hidden gem, and I’m fortunate to have found it.
