3A very quiet place, with a path for bicycles or walking, it has a soccer field, sometimes people with a lack of conscience leave a lot of garbage lying around, but the place itself is nice.
This park is part of the UT Science Research campus. Much of the land in the whole area has been sold off to the new developments. Rumor was that UT planed to move this campus downtown. They may be fazing out and don't see themselves as providing a park for the new developments in the area. Years ago it was kept up pretty well. The restroom building as even unlocked, maintained and cleaned, field maintained etc.
Really nice trail that I ride my bike through sometimes. It does need some TLC though. The signs have fallen off the post and are just propped up. Also, lots of the dirt on the path has been washed away. It's been like this for a long time though. Not sure who owns or maintains the trail but it's definitely overdue some general maintenance
