16I'm pretty sure roast beef was used in my meal. It wasn't tender. The meat tasted old. The sauce was watery and it lacked flavor.
From the moment we walked in, we were greeted pleasantly and sat at a desirable table. It was Mother’s Day weekend, so the owner also greeted me with a rose. The food was really delicious. Price was on point also. Very pleasant experience for our family and we can’t wait to visit again!
I'm vegetarian so usually options are limited. This place had about a third of the menu vegetarian. Normal vegetarian stuff and also vegetarian beef and vegetarian pork. Haven't tried those yet. I love the pho and Tofu Bahn Mi sandwich with an egg on it. I do lacto OVO. Anyway. Happy I found this place. It's tasty.
Food lacked of seasoning. Very disappointing bc I’ve been here before and loved their fried. Now it just taste like rice and a bunch of vegetables mixed together. There is no flavor, and it lacked so much seasoning.
I went to this place to order to go since it was on the way home, they were unprofessional and the gentleman completely ignoring me as I tried to order. I told him what I wanted and got charged extra for the things I didn't want but got anyways. I paid for it, but the guy wanted to argue about what I was trying ordering. I was really upset when I got home and still didn't get what I had ordered. I was already upset about how they treated me so I accidentally left my card their to come back the next day to pick it and why I was their I was gonna tell them about my frustrations to have them completely be disrespectful as I kindly used my translator to communicate with the gentleman to ask for a refund instead to tell me and that I can take the new food or leave.
Never in my life have I ever received such disrespect from a restaurant ever.
I will take my money elsewhere!
The best flavor PHO SOUP
Fresh, good amount, clean friendly, LUPE is a great server, fast, quiet, relaxing not sure what else to say, love to come here once a week!
3 years ago I gave 5 stars to this place now is down to one star not sure if they change owners but logo is different fish tank is gone tables are new and bathroom dirty and old but the worst is the pho soup now taste just like water, if a Maruchan soup has more flavor why spend 12.00 on this.
Is clear as water it don’t even have color we are very disappointed
I organize a vegan meetup in The Woodland, TX. This is one of our favorite restaurants in the area. It has a good number of (accidentally) vegan entres. They have vegan mock meats as well; they call them 'vegetarian beef, ' 'vegetarian chicken, ' etc.
HORRIBLE SERVICE… my buddy and I went there for lunch, understand that little busy, we are first to stand in line, 10 minutes later we got walk to the table 15 minutes later we got service. Then 30 minutes later anther waiter came out and ask us, do we speak Spanish, and what kind of foods we ordered? ! After 55 minutes and ssk us we we ordered? ! OMG I JUST TOOK OFF AND WALKED OUT! BAD VAD BSD SERVICE, will never never never COME BSCK
I did not get a greeting when I walked in, so I grabbed a menu and seated myself because they were chatting behind the counter. After I waited for more than 5 minutes I still did not get any service I decided to walk out. There was no other customers to serve except for three customers who already finished their lunch. Worst service ever.
This is my favorite Pho place! I come here at least once a week. Grilled pork rolls are to die for and everyone is always so kind. The Woodlands doesn't have too many good pho spots, this is probably its top 2!
Friendly staff. Egg rolls were good. General tso arrived and when cut into had a very soft consistency. Definitely one of those things you eat and regret later. When inquired was told that it was dark meat. Paid $14.00 left hungry and ate the 2x egg rolls a bite of chicken and the white rice.
Update: Ordered beef pho delivery and received warm water instead of broth. Took away 3 stars for that. I was sick at the time too, so I was looking forward to having some good pho. Super disappointing
Best pho in the Woodlands, hands down
This would have been 1-star had it not been for the people taking care of us. They were kind and helpful.
We ordered takeout of General Tso Chicken and Orange Chicken. Both were practically inedible, and the fried rice that accompanied them was tasteless and dry. This meal felt like yesterday’s leftover meals. Won’t be returning unless it’s for Pho. That kind of food they know how to prep and cook correctly.
This place was worth the drive
One thing they don’t tell you the portions are huge
Service was great
I will definitely be back
Not too heavy on the wallet either
Waited a total of 28 minutes for regular grilled chicken on white rice. Did not receive the correct order as well as the chicken had a weird aftertaste…… also they’re prices went up 40% so I paid almost 15 dollars for this and could not even eat it due to the chicken. Honestly I’m sorry but this place sucks
Pretty nice place. Tried it out for the first time and was far from disappointed. Nothing exotic but pretty good Pho soup.
