Lucky Nails & Spa, Amarillo TX

I went in at 5: 30 to get acrylic nails and they told me to pick a color so I figured it would be pretty quick but after I sat down I waited 30 minutes and someone else walked in and they started helping her first and there were 4 people just not doing anything it was a horrible experience!

Was not happy with the staff. Took awhile to be seen. The lady at the front told me to take a seat in the back and I did and nobody came by.

The absolute worst customer service and the man that works there is a complete jerk! I would not refer a single person there. And do not be swayed by the photos they post. I can almost guarantee they are off IG!

I’ve been going to this place for a year now. Every experience hasn’t been perfect but they always try to make it perfect. It’s a very very busy salon. Sometimes I have to wait a little longer for my appointment sometimes I throw a fit because time is precious or I’ve had a bad day. They always make it better or welcome me back after I find out no one else is going to hold up to my standards. Kinda like family. I always feel better when I leave this place. I’m actually going in today for the works. Every one is always professional. Not one of those tacky salons where they are too pushy. My nails are always complimented when I am out. I had my first set of lashes done here a year ago and now I’m hooked.

Absolutely love this place. Nail artists take their time and ensure the nail length, shape, color, design, and quality are exactly what you want. Very calm and relaxing atmosphere. Unlike some other salons around town, Lucky Nails and Spa makes you feel welcome and definitely takes care of you. Great customer service is their top priority!

Service is good a little pricey compared to other salons but the employees work really hard to please you. Very quiet clean place.

Only place I will go to for my dip manicure. Been going here for years. Love the work Courtney does, just got my Christmas nails done by her and am very satisfied!

My first visit here and I was so satisfied I will definitely be back. The owners are so nice and professional the place is so clean and relaxing. Today I only had a full set of nails done I was so happy how beautiful my nails look. Andy did an awesome job. I will get the pedicure at my next visit. This place was recommended by a friend of mine cause I was no longer satisfied with the place I used before. I'm so happy my friend sent me here. This will definitely be my place for a long time. Thank you

I came in with a broken nail I wanted fixed. Not only did Andy take his time, he nailed it! It's a shame my whole set was from a less talented salon. I can't wait to come back to get REAL GOOD QUALITY service. So smooth and no bumps in acrylic. And they have fair prices

Very good and always helps me to chairs because of a surgery. I need to get back but have been out of town and if course the closures. I miss them all.

I took my Mother and I to get pedicures for Mother’s Day and let’s just say I wasn’t very pleased with my experience. Don’t get me wrong my nails looked great when it was all said and done. But the man I had just got to business and got done with his job. I was going to treat myself and spend more money to get the deluxe pedi. But he didn’t want ever ask me what I would like to get. He didn’t really ask me anything at all. Meanwhile my mom was getting asked many questions to ensure her business was taken care of well. She did get the deluxe and she was also offered drinks and whatnot. I on the other hand was not. And really it’s not too big of a deal my nails looked great in the end but I would of appreciated a little more communication and consistency between the employees.

I have been coming here for 2 years and love the fact I can walk in get any technician and they are all wonderful. Courtney and Andy are my favorite personally! I highly recommend this place for a clean, friendly, experience.

Very clean and the staff is polite. A wide variety of polish colors and different services.
