Horrible service, paid to get my daughter’ s dress altered. They couldn’t find it when we came to pick it up. When my daughter tried the dress on, it did not fit.they never altered it! Called them to let them know, instead of them offering to refund, they asked me to bring it back so it can be altered. That was the first and the last time that I will be going there.
First visit for two jeans to be himmed. One pant leg on both jeans were clearly shorter than the other. Very poor work, poor customer service as she said there was nothing she could do. We will not be back! I would not recommend to ANYONE.
The price is outrageous. I took a bridesmaid dress, very simple to have the shoulders and waistline reduced, they charged $90. It was about a 2inch removal at the shoulders and 1inch at the waistline. Dress was basic. Do not recommend, unless you like to pay an excessive amount for simple alterations.
Ms Lucy is wonderful! She’s the best seamstress and is quick! I drive to her for my alterations and she’s well worth the drive

Lucy has been our goto for alterations for over 10 years. She has altered everything for us from prom/formal/casual dresses to hems on jeans, pants, and skirts. Prices are very reasonable and service is great. Thank you Lucy for taking care of our alternation needs over the years!
