Lufkin Mall reviews
17The food was good. Waitstaff was pleasant. But it took so long to get dessert, we finally gave up after 20 minutes and left since we'd already paid the bill. Very disappointing.
10/10 best magic the gathering store in lufkin. Amazing owners super sweet and very knowledgeable. Prices are great and the atmosphere is really cool. Will definitely be our go to magic place!
The mall was pretty quiet. Nice clean area where you sit to eat. I bought Chinese food and ate in the eating area. The mall isn't like it used to be. What happened besides COVID-19 that made some businesses close. I always used enjoy my visit to the mall.
This mall is going down fast. If it wasn't for picking up cupcakes, I would never go in here. It's like a ghost town. Poor selection of stores.
Just a long hallway of stores, it's staring to slim down a bit and stores are closing, would hopefully like to see new stores open up that Lufkin really needs, this town is growing and needs more options
Showing its age, stores are conservatively stocked, we couldn't find right choices in stores we stopped in, so don't expect to be like malls nearer Houston. Good employees and friendly atmosphere, normal country life.
Used to love the Lufkin, but now it's so empty
Half of the stores are closed and the children play areas are gone. It's actually a nice mall for a small east Texas town, just wish it was as lively as it used to be.
I love it here but they need to add a hot topic, boba tea drinks and a anime store that sells anime stuff and a anime food place
They're just loosing businesses to forcing mask. I almost didn't go into VS because I had to stand and wait outside with a mask on. They've lost Spencer's and Hot Topic. Who knows what else has shut down. They need to step it up before it's all dead.
This mall is slowly dieing but tis doing better then most malls sadly most of the best stores left id hate to see this mall die off.
Mall needs to be updated but not entirely bad. Pleasant. Had some nice store within it. I continue to go to this mall and enjoy it for what it has. I'm sure you will to.
I have always enjoyed going to the Mall until now. The only 2 stores I went to the Mall for yesterday are now closed for good. Rue21 was closed for business and Justice was going out of business with minimal supplies left. Looks like my family and I won't be going back since our favorite stores are closed for business.
Family friendly atmosphere, nice shops and other amenities. Sadly a few places have or are shutting down because of Covid crazy rules.: - (
Definitely needs more stores. Like many people on here, I agree that this mall is outdated and needs some new stores to replace the old ones. There would be so much business if they put in a Hollister, Sephora or Ulta, Starbucks, and maybe a H&M if they really want some good business. This is a small town, and teenagers get bored easily and come to the mall, but since there's not much stores that appeal to them, there isn't near as much buying and consumers at this mall. I'm not sure if the community takes these reviews into consideration, they could get a lot of people to come to the mall more.
Teenagers love to go with friends and spend money at the mall, and are probably the majority of buyers at this mall, including young adults. Make this mall relevant again please!
The staff are so nice and polite! I stay in hotels every month because I travel. I’m so glad I found this hotel very comfortable.
Love the mall, has decent stores, and the mall is never dirty or sticky (even the restrooms are clean). I promise you will always leave this store with happiness or a new pair of shoes.
