Luis C. Palacios, MD, Dallas TX

I have been a patient of Dr Palacios for about 30 years now and he is one of the kindest and compassionate physicians out there. The office staff and the medical staff are kind and very accommodating as well. That's why I am a little shocked to see some of the negative reviews regarding his staff. I'm guessing you really can not please everybody. However, to Dr. Palacios and staff keep up the great work and know you all are doing a great job!

I went for a physical checkup. I am very impressed with Dr. Luis Palacios, he performed a completed physical exam like no one else had done before. I definitely recommend 100% Dr. Arun Kumar, who is very friendly and helpful. Palaces.

Another point in favor is that Drs.speaks Spanish and it was very easy for me to express all my doubts and concerns and clearly understand the Dr. 's indications.palaces

Old school in the best was possible; I laid out the issues and I was able to fulfill a prescription.

Dr Palacios is an excellent doctor he seems to get to your problems and he takes the time to talk to you and to make sure you understand what's going on and he prescribes you only medication when you need. And he has a great staff that works there with him thanks for all your hard work

Been seeing Dr.palacios for 20 years and I called to see him and I have to make an appointment a week ahead of getting sick apparently. And I literally grew up having him as my doctor. He is an amazing doctor, but his front desk ladies are not worth the headache. They told me to go to the carenow. I really hate this because he is our family doctor for 20 years and now I am looking for a new doctor. Thank you.

Overall: the doctor is very nice but the front desk is very rude, slow and condescending. It took 45 minutes from my appointment time to actually see a doctor or nurse. I told the front desk what I was needing to be done prior to the appointment and they told me it would be a $0 out of pocket cost. Only for them to charge me $120 after the fact (which is totally incorrect from their part) and for the rude lady to tell me I “respectfully should have known I have a deductible” in the most rude and condescending tone a business has ever spoken to me with. They also said they “didn’t have anything written down. ” Even though I explicitly told them what I was coming in for prior to appointment. I would highly advise anyone from coming here. From reading the other reviews it seems like this is a problem here and I would avoid this place at all costs. It is such a shame for a business to allow front staff like this
