My family has always shopped online with Luluemon, today was my first time in the store. Nicole showed me around, pointed out some amazing fabrics I haven't seen online and she told me about the app that I will be downloading TODAY! Shopping in the store is a whole experience: Open, lots of assistance if you need it, sale racks, dressing rooms and I found out they will hem your items! So glad I stopped in! Can't wait to bring in my daughter and husband to shop.

Horrible customer service. I tried to use my military ID for the military discount which they do honor but because sales person which was an older red head thought it was for my daughter said I could not use the discount. What in the world? !? I was shocked at her rudeness and she refused to give her name. Don’t know why they refuse to give it. The company should know how bad these sales people treat customers.

I will never go back to this place! I was with my mom and we were ready to try on…then the lady who was running the fitting room informed us we could not go in together and we said okay and that was the end of it…. The worker then said out loud “why would they even want to go in together at all” in-front of other guest and workers which I find extremely inappropriate because we said nothing to her. She made us feel belittled.

I needed new sizes in Lululemon bras. I have always loved Lululemon and haven’t been in an actual store in awhile. Due to not knowing my current bra size, I needed to try on bras rather than just order online. I went to the store this past Thursday afternoon. I was immediately greeted by multiple staff. Knowing where the majority of the bras were I went right to the back and stood there staring at the wall of bras. Someone clearly recognized my gaze and came right over to help. Lauren was phenomenal and very knowledgeable. We had a great conversation and she helped me meet my needs for my current bra size. Not only that, but we had a great conversation. It’s one thing to get help that you need but also knowing someone is listening and just being kind is also rad. I learned from some other staff I interacted with that Lauren is the store manager. What lucky people to work for such a good human being. It’s easy in our society today to forget about actual good conversations with people due to online shopping. The conversation with Lauren as well as the other employees reminded me how great shopping in an actual store can be. Thank you Lauren and your staff for the great experience today. I left the store purchasing 5 new bras. And i will be back soon.

I don’t typically shop at lululemon or buy new clothes often but I wanted to treat myself. I went in looking for new shorts but wasn’t sure what size I was. A sales associate asked to help and I told her I’m typically a size small and was the size of leggings I was currently wearing. She proceeded to say “ummm are you sure you’re a small? ” And recommended me a size 12 short. I was shocked because I’m typically a 6 in regular clothes but I tried it since she was the “expert” and they did not fit at all. When I came out looking for another size, another sales associate said I MUST be an 8 after telling him the same thing. I ended up trying on a 4 and a 6 and they both fit just fine, the 6 even being a little big. I am baffled at the poor customer service and rude attitudes of the staff at this location. They were absolutely no help, didn’t offer to measure me or anything. Will not be returning or ordering from this location ever.

Very expensive, we had 50% off but was still around 50-60 dollars! Customer service was great though.

The highest quality apparel. I have washed my pant and underwear around 100 times and they still look and feel new.

Please stop using out dated security tags that poke holes in clothes and don’t hide them in the pockets of jackets
Had a large order and saw clerk check each item for tags but a second one was in back pocket of my jacket and did NOT set off sensor and now I’m on vacation with no way to remove

This is my first and last time coming to this Lululemon. I was in the area and decided to stop by to pick up some stuff. Once I walked in, there was no one that greets you or asks whether you need help. When I was in the checkout line, I noticed how talkative and friendly the employees were with their white customers, however it was a complete different story once it was my turn. The cashier did not say a single thing to me and did not seem to acknowledge my presence despite me being right in front of him. I will continue to go to my usual Lululemon location where the employees are actually friendly and do not make you feel out of place.

I’m not sure what her name was, but she was VERY rude. I would not recommend going to this lulu just because they have very terrible customer service.

Buying a present for Christmas for my daughter I purchased a fanny pack on line. Planning on picking it up when going to the Woodlands from Tomball on Monday. My surprise that I would loose my purchased if not picked up within 24 hours. Just had surgery, had to find someone to drive me, I picked it up the next day. I asked cashier why I only had 24 hours to pick item up. Answer was so someone else could buy it. I am not a good enough customer? Never have I ever after paying for something been told someone else could buy my item. I am not a good enough customer! Do not buy this company that has many customer complaints and overpriced! By the way it states they have 6 days before a item ships out!

I got a Fanny Pack from their and it looks small but has so much space inside! It was expensive, but worth it!
