Ordered online and trying to return is a pain in the butt! Clothes do not fit as described! Not worth the money

It takes a lot for me to leave a poor review but I feel it’s necessary at this point. I own a lot of lululemon, but this is the first storefront that has me contemplating ever shopping this brand again. I brought in a pair of brand new shorts for a hemming order, two weeks later I realized I had never heard back about them so I contacted the store directly to see what was going on with them only to be told they had no idea where they were and they had no record of them. Thank goodness I overlooked the QR code in my email, because after being asked to text it to the managers personal phone it magically appeared. At the time I brought these shorts in to be hemmed I also ordered another pair of the exact same shorts in a different color, which were also lost and I had to reach out to the customer service online for a refund. I purchased the same shorts in another store, and brought them in for hemming, which came back hemmed too short and with a massive black stain all over them. The associate didn’t really have an answer as to what needed to be done and the manager excused it as an “issue that happens sometimes but should have been flagged as a quality issue upon arrival. ” To remedy this the manager sent in a new pair to be hemmed again, and upon receiving the QR code I went to the store to pick them up only to be told they have no idea where they are despite them being scanned in and me notified they were ready for pick up.

I love this brand so much and this particular location has made it to where I never want to do business here again. I live a good 30 minutes one way from this store, so every time I am coming here I am wasting my time in addition to the gas I’m spending to leave without the items I already paid $70+ for.

I don’t know where the issues lie but they need serious fixing or this store will not last here.

Great service! So much patience with showing us around and explaining the difference in the shorts I was looking for. Plus, the lifetime guarantee of every product makes the investment so worth it!

Store is kept tidy as much as possible but Employees need to learn to multi-task better and more efficiently. Ridiculously long lines and the girls always take longer time than needed to ask for assistance in checking out customers. Waited 20mins in line just to pick up a hemming order. One employee taking a while checking out one customer should have been able to multi-task and grab the hemming order. She told me to wait in line after already waiting a while and she was just standing by the register waiting for the customer to make payment due to the system running slowly. Employees do show some incompetence.

The very worst experience in paying more than 30 minutes to pay, it is crowded but the cashiers are not enough and very slow, if you want to buy something from this brand, go to online,
