Brittany made my Christmas shopping a breeze! She was very helpful and assisted me in ordering all my items that weren’t available in store. She made it very simple and easy. Super kind! Great location!

I love the location in the Bay Brook Mall. Associates are nice. Things are too pricey and in less variety. Probably, I won’t buy them ever.

Awful experience with Ally. She was extremely condescending and rude. Will not be shopping at this location again. Will have to head to Galleria instead.

We politely asked a question and they responded in a very disrespectful way and treated us very rude.

Please don’t shop at this location the staff are not friendly or helpful, I walked in today mid afternoon and I saw at least 4 staff members not one greeted me, they just looked at me and of course judge me by the way I looked (sweat pants t shirt and hair in a clip I had been running errands all morning long). Long story short I went home ordered my stuff online! Don’t shop here unless you want to be judged by their snotty employees! Peace

I bought a pair of leggings a few months ago when I noticed it had a hole in it. I went to the store hoping they could repair it for me. I was pleasantly surprised that they replaced it instead of just patching it up. I’m glad Lululemon kept true to their quality promise, making me love the brand more. Shout out to Drew and the rest of the staff for being nice and helpful.

The store is always organized and clean. Half of the staff is friendly and the other half are so stand-offish. This location usually has what I’m looking for and I always end up making a purchase when I visit the Baybrook location.

Lululemon is a great store to shop at for sports gear. In my opinion there quality is amazing and that is why the prices are so high. If you are looking for a first time buy, I would recommend getting some align leggings or hotty hot shorts.

Decided to invest in some gear and was immediately helped upon entering. Staff member took great time helping me find what I needed and was very patience throughout the process. Glad I asked for his name at the end, "Vin" was incredibly helpful!
