lululemon, San Antonio TX

Recently went in to Lulu at the Quarry to buy a pair of leggings and the sales associate (Devan) helping me continuously removed her mask. I felt very uncomfortable and asked her to leave it on but she laughed and continued to pull it down to talk to me. I left without purchasing my leggings because of her. I also reported her and the store to the city. Hope management takes care of this reckless worker. She’s putting people in danger by being so careless.

I had went to Lululemon because I had a problem with my yoga pants and I believe the person who help me was the manager. I explained what I was looking for and she gave me three different styles for my needs. She was not rushing me and super helpful. I will Definitely come back here again because of the customer service.

Products are very overpriced given the quality. Several employees standing around wasting time. One person at a time allowed in the dressing room. Spend your money elsewhere. Not a fan.

Three stars because the clothes are great quality and I love their yoga pants. This location however, has a very snooty vibe. I went in on my lunch break to buy some yoga pants, and the sales associates, a guy and a girl, both tried their best not to acknowledge me, even when I was trying to literally pay for my pants. Save your time, go to the La Cantera location instead.

Super impressed on the selection and staff. The store is extremely clean and well stocked. I definitely recommend this place if anyone is interested in awesome gym clothing. Maria has been very helpful with her insight on the colors I was picking out for my skin color.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Very high quality clothing. Prices on clothing are kind of expensive.

Eeeek 75.00 for a basic shirt. We will pass as there are better ways to spend our American dollars.

Quality is good, but the prices? I'm never buying anything from here. I know how much it costs to manufacture clothes and this is ridiculous. You are overcharging and taking advantage of people. I can find clothing items with the same quality elsewhere for a fraction of the cost

This was my first time purchasing any Lululemon product. Although, I’ve seen their products online, I wanted to try them on and see what their customer service was like. They’re a bit pricey, but discount is available for those who qualify and the staff was friendly and helpful.
