I have lived at Luna Apartments For Several Yrs. The Management Team Are Very Courteous & Professional. I Haven’t Had Any Issues Since Residing Here. Management Really Care About The Safety & Peace Of Mind Of All Tenants! Also the Ground Guy. I don’t know his name. But he is an African American Guy. He is always busy working, keeping the Grounds clean. And he is always will to help tenants. He is a Great worker.

I been here for 4 yrs the new management is working really great to change the property now the pools are open all kinds of things for kids to do that are safe I haven't had any issues since I been here ty Karina

Gabriel was amazing. We had an issue with our AC and our stove top, and he got to work and got the job done quick. Very nice and over all an amazing experience.

Karina and valary are always helpful and nice. Luna apartments are some good apartments I live here for 7years I recommend people to just come and check it out

I applied here and Karina was a great help. She explained in detail the application process. I was able to tour different floor plans with Valeri to find the right fit for me. Seen maintenance workers out in the property cleaning. I can not wait to move here……

Gabriel - the maintenance man is a great asset to the Luna Apartment Complex he deserves more than five starts that’s how great he is at his job. He is a kind man has great communication skills, he’s in and out, he gives 1000% when doing he’s job. He can relate to the residents living here. He let’s residents ask questions even though he’s work on another task. He’s the best maintenance man I’ve ever seen. ️️️️️️️️️️️️

The Lunas apartments are very good, Karina the manager is a very good person, it's just the people who don't respect the property.

The apartment are under investigation I reported that we stay on the 3 floor where we are fighting wood rats and they give us a cage to try and trap it, the air ain’t worked for a week I had to go to the hospital do to my asthma I call the city code and smash the topic no more playing with them my Daughter went to the office the Manager cussed her out and told her she will be off at 5: 30pm …. Where is the professional come from they ceiling up the hole from the wood rats with foam like it’s not eating through sad apartment complex

This property has improved over the years since I’ve been here.which is a very long time.
They’ve added a playground, replaced the windows, try to improve the landscape & the crime has gone down.
Now while it’s very unfortunate that we live in a “gated community” & the gates are hardly ever closed, it’s bc RESIDENTS AND their guests keep breaking them.
The same way the property always has trash thrown everywhere is bc of the residents & their children.
Every morning maintenance has to spend unnecessary time picking up trash & the residents complain about backed up work orders.
Karina & her staff try to do the best they can. & Karina is often here very late trying to catch up & get things done.
Yes there are several things that could be better here, but she’s trying!
The property is old & even with the upgrades I do feel like they’re overpriced, but that’s not Karina’s fault.
Sometimes the residents need to sit back & reflect on how we contribute to the negative things just as much as we expect them to fix things & improve the property.
Let’s give each other “grace”!

The Manager Karina and the secretary Valeria are very rude people, very despots, our cars have been stolen twice and she only treats you very much instead of helping you with something, they do not take care of the safety of the residents

Air went out I made one complaint to the office and they got right on it the maintenance man Gabriel came by and fixed our unit in a timely matter followed up with check ups to ensure it would keep working. Great service and great management thank you!

I've had to change my initial rating of 5 stars, given when we first moved in. At that time it seemed to be a nice place to call home. Enough time has passed to really give a proper rating. To be honest the complex has become an eye sore. Don't be fooled by the websIte photos. The description of the complex is more like once upon a time. The office schedule is inconsistent, rarely open at posted time, long lunch breaks. Frustrating when we're needing to pay rent. The phone is not answered during working hours.
We moved in on 7/9/22 There's a list of problems we've encountered. The first week of moving in, was a leak coming from the A/C unit located above the shower. The entire panel collapsed on the maintenance man. We were left with a gaping opening exposing a disgusting dirty unit with wires, tubing and dirty water dripping. A month had gone by and
maintenance hadn't been back to fix the leak and frankly we were tired of being exposed to mold, bacteria and fungus. A health violation in my opinion. We finally had to personally go to the office. This would be the first time we met Karina, the apartment manager. She treated me with contempt it was off setting to me, I didn't understand why at the time. As I've gotten to know her I've realized, Karina, has a very petty and arrogant attitude more of a narcissist. Afterwards, weeks and months went by and no maintenance. Karina, avoided us like the plague. Every time we asked to speak with her she was in a meeting. I've also caught on to how she puts a hold on certain work orders.
The A/C access panel was finally replaced after 5 mo. But, the leak continued for Several months. Mainly due to work orders being held. It's understood maintenance has access to the units at all times for repairs. However, I have pets and ask for certain days to be scheduled. Of course, my requests are invalid to Karina. Office staff gave out the wrong key to my unit. I'm accused of changing the front door lock, without any proof. Also being blamed for causing the A/C leak and have been threatened to be charged for the repairs.there's more. Not enough room to write them all.
A few weeks after we moved in a notice was sent out the complex gates were to be locked. We were obligated to pay a $25 charge for a gate code. However, the gates are never locked to this date. My catalytic converter was stolen, suspicious people are always lurking. Assigned parking is available for $25 a month fee. However I've been given a hard time to get a space convenient for me to keep watch on my. The portal where tenants can officially get information, pay rent and request repairs is always down. Because of this only money orders for rent, they will not accept personal checks. This complex is listed as smoke free, it's one of the reasons I chose to move here. I'm exposed to second hand smoke day and night. Who knows maybe things will improve. As of now if you're okay with being wrongly accused, disrespected, neglected, threatened avoided by a narcissist and living in a complex that's seen better days. You'll feel right at home. Management will try to bribe tenants by awarding for referrals, instead of making sure current tenants are happy living here. There's also the habit of management charging unexplained fees. Unclear notices via text and email. Getting questions answered or instructions is like pulling teeth.
