Lupe Tortilla reviews
36The best Fajitas and freshly made flour and corn tortillas. Also, a great atmosphere and service.
Waited 1.5 hours for food yesterday and got fed a bunch of “Covid” excuses. Bla bla bla nobody wants to hear that.
1st time customer Alessandra recommended the beef fajitas best I've ever had no doubt about it!
I rated 1 star but the experience does not even deserve the 1 star. We had a previous bad experience and we wanted to give it another chance but it was clearly the wrong decision
Just ordered tacos al carbon for pickup. All other orders for my family came out right. I just got a lame tortilla with a couple of grilled chicken slices. I ordered without rice and beans, but didn’t get any other fixings. According to their menu I am missing guacamole, pico and sour cream. Not sure how is the dine-in service but I am not sure I will order pick up here again.
I'm not one for trying new places but this was a great one to try. Food and services were excellent!
The fajitas here are very, very good and a great meal to split. Four of us got. 5 lbs of chicken and. 5 lbs of beef and left satisfied with it. The chicken was my favorite and their roasted pepper salsa with their chips was delightful. The price is also reasonable for the quality of food you get. There was a bit of a mix up with our table and another (waiters brought us their food and drinks) but it was all sorted out. The staff is friendly and I'd definitely recommend going there.
The salsa with the chips wasn't very good. This place is more geared towards people looking for healthier Mexican food. I prefer hearty traditional Mexican food.
Took 2 hours for a family of 5 to eat breakfast in an empty restaurant. Food was cold and 3 of the plates were missing items. Only saw the waiter 3 times in those 2 hours too.
Food is good and comes to the table hot. Service is pretty good. Prices are a bit higher than similar places.
We would normally give Lupe 4 stars for food and service, but the hostess was absent for ten minutes before arriving. She then said the porch was full and offered no wait time and was unfriendly. We went down the street to Serranos where happy greeters and wait staff served us and appreciated our tips.
In general the place is fine, they have good service the waiter was really nice but the food was an bad experience, to be my first time there it was bad, the food took really long time to be ready and once it got there it was burned some parts of it was coal I am not exaggerating the photos can tell it and it wasn't really cheap, I don't know maybe I am being kind a harsh but for me it wasn't really a good experience
They food is always very very good. Try the table side guacamole. So good. The drinks are very good as well. They prices are on the high side but the food is worth it. Go and enjoy!
Food was great, and so was the waitress, but the hostess could use some training. Very unorganized, and the place wasn't even crowded. Not sure why she was so harried and stressed, but she should have been more professional. Almost ruined my experience.
Great service and the best fajitas. We weren't sure what we wanted since it was our first visit. Got us some samples and the fajitas are to notch.
Good food, a little pricey though. Service was subpar. Rude when taking my order and then messed it up!
Excellent food, fajitas, natchos, quesadillas, tortilla soup. All excellent. Best of all, the charro beans served with chips.
The food is fantastic and always served hot. Just know, the food is expensive. For example, 39.99 for a pound of fajitas.
My first time there and they lost their internet which created a long waiting period. The staff was attentive and the food was amazing! Will definitely make this our next go to place!
