Lupe Tortilla Champion Forest reviews
21My daughter bit on a sharp object that was in her food from this dirty establishment! And have had issues with her mouth ever since! Management could care less! They are under investigation! I was a Faithful customer until this happened! Be careful eating at this disgusting location! All managers at this establishment are very unprofessional and are straight liars! I will keep you updated after legal representation is complete!
Marisol was my server. She was prompt and helpful. Enjoyed my lunch, the barbacoa tacos with rice and beans. BUT, the rice was under cooked. Not happy about that. She offered to take it back and have them remake my meal, but I didn't want to deal with it. So I would say 5 stars for service and 3 stars for the meal. 4 stars overall.
Terrible experience. This place used to be so good, but obviously management has gone downhill. I took my girlfriend here for her birthday (at her request) and we started off ordering margaritas. She chose the prickly pear margarita and it tasted like cough syrup, so we told the waiter to bring a mango margarita instead. He kept going back and forth between our table and the bar because he didn’t seem to know much about the drinks, and then he sent the female manager (Bridget) over and she insulted us by asking us what questions we had about the drinks. I don’t want to write a novel here but long story short, we won’t be back thanks to Bridget’s attitude. Server needs more training but I won’t hold that against him, it’s a lack of management.
I always come for their fajitas which are the best in town!
But this time I came for breakfast, and boy I am so glad I did! I had the Fajitas Omelette. The fajitas inside the Omelette were so tender and juicy. The chile sauce on top added the right kick. I had it with fresh homemade corn tortillas and a glass of fresh squeezed orange juice. I highly recommend this place to everyone who loves the best food!
Such good food and a real great atmosphere. They sing on ur birthday and give you flan! It’s awesome
This time decided to have a drink at the bar and we were attended by Stephen the bartender he was a nice person always attentive but the rest of the staff didn't seem to care about customer care they need to hire more people who cares about customer
Famous for its beef fajitas (and rightfully so) there are other great selections on the menu including the ribs and salmon offerings.
Not happy with my experience but the manager was very apologetic in trying to make experience better.
I love Lupe Tortilla in general. You can tell that the company fosters a high standard of food quality, preperation, and sevice. This is my new favorite spot for breakfast. They offer classic breakfast, traditional Mexican breakfast, and breakfast cocktails. The staff is al ways prompt and friendly.
Played a golf tournament and received a gift card for breakfast. Took 4 family members with me. Great food, excellent drinks (yes, for breakfast) friendly and accommodating staff. 5 stars
Quality Tex-Mex with great menu choices. Plenty of parking and typically busy at peak times with a short wait. Average person spend $20-$30 without alcohol (they have plenty of margherita choices). Service is good and management are actively engaged with their patrons
First impressions are important. The lady who seats people down was very condescending from the moment my family and I stepped in the restaurant. We decided to give it a try since it was our first visit here and we had family from out of town with us. Food was good as well as our waiter he was really attentive and provided great service to our large party.
This is a great place to eat. Everything is great here. However, the fajitas are definitely the best there is compared to any other Mexican or Tex-Mex restaurants. Service is also great here. Drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) are probably the only thing that isnt so great here. Great family environment.
I had lunch and was not real pleased. The service was pretty slow, the food was meager but tasty. I might have just picked the wrong choice, but for $15 I expect a little more than a taste.
Good service, good for lunch or dinner. Their brunch is awful though. The food isn't at all what you would expect from this restaurant.
Had to wait 2 hours to be seated. A customer was irrate and almost hit me while talking to a manager. I was trying to enjoy Mother's Day lunch with my family over all the yelling.
The food was good but the we ordered 1/2 lb. Fajitas which seemed like a lot less. Overall, good experience we would go back!
Food was great as usual, but service not so much. Waiters couldn't figure out who was waiting on which tables, after sitting for over 10 minutes waiting on service, my husband flagged down a waitress which began our drink order. We visit here regularly and as time goes on, service is worse and worse.
Great place! The service was very friendly, the food portions were huge, everything was delicious
Good service. I would not recommend to those patrons who are used to authentic mexican taste food. Worst chilaquiles I have ever had! Probably, at a small non chain restaurant my dish would taste better. Great coffee though.
