We wanted to stop by and get some products and we weren’t able to go in for “BROWSING”! But there was no sign outside that wasn’t allowed to go in to just look. They said it was only for pick up.
I get some stores are closed during this time and don’t want to deal with the cleaning and crowds. But if you’re open for pick- up only then put a bigger sign outside and with better handwriting! I couldn’t see but chicken scratch

I am obsessed with lush. I shop here all the time. Always looking to try out their new products and also to pick up my tried and true favorites. I Always look forward to their after Christmas boxing sale. The staff is always helpful and happy to see us.

I personally love this place, i have been a couple times but during this experience i had took my mom for the first time, she had an blast, jeremy was so sweet & so nice! He showed my mom things he thought would work for her & even did demonstrations. She loved it & she will most definitely go back. So I highly recommend this location! We love it & you always feel welcomed!:)

This place is the bomb! All their products are amazing. Every time I’ve come in, I go straight to my man, Herbie. No matter who I’ve come to shop for, Herbie has always guided me on making the best gift choices!

SERIOUSLY love all the ladies who work here and this location! So friendly and helpful! I love everything they recommended for me. I ended up taking 2 bath bombs, Shower gel and body scrub. I’m in love! Thank you Baybrook Lush

Great products and customer service. Its can be a bit pricey but for the quality of the products, it is well worth it.

Lush is one of my guilty pleasures to spoil myself. This store has pretty good selection, and online has an even better one. I keep my bath bombs and oils stocked in a little basket on my vanity.

First time visiting, but not a first time trying their products. I will say great customer service at Baybrook Mall. Friendly, energetic and knowledgeable environment, offers many samples before a purchase, explains products rather then forcing to make a purchase as a tryout before you buy, organic and vegan products not tested on animals as it states. I give a 5 star!

Always a great experience. I'm impressed by the employees product knowledge and ability to point me in the right direction. Fantastic natural products that are safe for kids. Love this store. Wish there was one in Waco.

Store has excellent selection but the staff is a little overwhelming. I am someone who likes to look and read products, if I have questions I will ask. Four different sales associates got right up next to me and asked if I needed anything all within a 5 minute period. It's a small shop. None of them noticed the other person approach me and then get rejected? This situation gave me mad anxiety and was excessive. It's a nice store but I was happy to leave.

I love this place. I always buy the milk bottle soaps. They smell so clean and so fresh. The scent will make your entire bathroom smell good.

Love this store and their staff. Shout out to a wonderful young lady who helped me, Loriel. She was so kind and knowledgeable. I hope that one day she becomes manager or has her own store. Thank you Loriel for all your help and treating me with so much kindness.

The team there is very helpful. The store smells amazing too! Like a burst of candy, rainbows, and flowers if that makes sense.

Great place and we love their products; however, they need a better point of sale process. You have to rely on your cashiers being able to identify several items in order to charge the correct price. Twice I have been over charged for an item due to the cashier mistaking it for a different item.

Yesterday it was two small scrubs that were 1.95 each and I was charged 5.95 for each (which was the price of the larger variety). Frustrating when we already spend a lot of money here to begin with.

Very helpful and genuine service. Their product recommendations have truly helped my skin! Expect to pay more, it is 100% worth it!

Great store. They always come assist me with any questions that I might have. Return policy is amazing. I had to return a couple of things due to my freniky skin and hair, but no questions asked and they helped me choose the right product that worked for me.
