Lute Riley Honda Parts reviews
10 I stopped getting tires from my car dealership awhile ago and it’s so much cheaper and faster. And this weekend, I stopped getting oil changes from my car dealership and it’s also so much cheaper and faster.
By the way tire rotation are free if get them elsewhere and not at your dealership.
And the oil change gets done right the first time so you don’t have to keep coming back to get the right amount, too much or too little.
And I can avoid the belittling experience that I don’t what I am talking about when I know they under replaced the oil in the last oil change because I checked right afterwards. And they try to talk you into doing an analysis costing several hundred dollars. No thanks!
I've had walk in oil changes-good service. But my wife and I called on separate occasions for car part quotes. The SERVICE MANAGER has refused to call us back for no apparent reason. Just poor service. Back to Rusty Wallace though Lute is in the neighborhood! I wish we didn't buy the car from here.
I bought parts from the parts department. The parts guy was very knowledgeable and helpful. Gave me a couple of great suggestions. The lady that you pay is a smoke show. Extra hot.
Danny Nguyen was an excellent sales rep and knew the features of the pilot he was showing thoroughly. This was the only dealership along the highway in this area that was taking Covid protocols seriously which was appreciated. I was treated as a valued potential customer in contrast to the surrounding dealerships.
I ordered from this Dealership from the e-Honda website. Shipping was fast, I ordered on Monday and received my items on Friday that same week. Parts looked authentic OEM Honda, so no worries there.
Other reviews are saying negative things about their service department, but their online sales is a-ok based on my experience.
I just got off the phone with AJ in parts. He stated my part was over $300 and they don't stock it. Then he said, "if you can find it cheaper, more power to ya" Not a good way to build any type of customer service. Sorry to bother you AJ, best of luck in all of your endeavors. I won't make that mistake again.
Very worst service. I deal with them 3 times, the first time they show too many red then I went again and maintained but after they maintained my car situation more worst than others day. Went again but the same service.
Talk about poor customer service and not doing the right thing. Yes we bought our mini van from them but there was so many red flags that we should have enough gone with out gut feeling. The only thing they have going for them is their location but its clear to see they will not last if they continue to provide this level of service. I have bought multiple cars from various delalerships and this has been by far the worst experience. It took over 4hrs. Go to one of the bigger dealerships in to metoplex and save yourself the time.
Had coupons for maintenance. Total work should have been $150. I was charged over $250. Technician said it was for misc. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THESE PEOPLE.
Their service department is the WORST in the metroplex. I purchased my first Honda from Lute Riley in 1995. My last Honda was purchased from them in 2014 (and it will be my last purchase from Lute Riley). All of my Hondas in between were purchased from Lute Riley. When I first started taking my 1995 model to them for service, they had an "express service" center in addition to the regular service area. The express service area was great for oil changes, transmission fluid changes, and other minor service. Now, it's a joke. I have gone in and been told that the wait time is 2+ hours. That's NOT express service. A couple of weeks ago, I stopped in to get an oil change. There was a rope across the express service area with little paper signs hanging off the rope with arrows pointing to something (I later found out the arrows were trying to direct customers to the main service area). I went over to the main service drive and a person who said he was an employee directed me into a particular lane to wait. He said someone would "be right with me. " I waited for maybe 10 minutes and no one ever bother to come out to help. I drove away and will never return. I do not understand why the Service Manager still has a job. A monkey could do a better job of running that service department. A word to the wise... Take your business to a dealer who really wants your business. Don't waste your time with this one.
