Worst service! They ask for an appointment time, but I always has to wait outside 1 hour and then inside the room I have to wait 20 minutes more. Do not recommend this place if you need more thing to do same day at your appointment

She’s a very hands on doctor! She’s amazing and always remembers your name when you come in here. You need to come see her!

This is my second time going back to this pediatric, check in girl was very rude (making faces) when I was trying to sign in and didn’t acknowledge me but the only reason I go is because Doctor, Alex is a good doctor to my son and his assistant Christina Perez is very friendly and knows my son by name I was very disappointed when I found out she will no longer be giving my son his shots I personally do not trust any other nurse with giving my son his vaccines.

I am going at this Clinic since my child was just 7 years old and now she is 12 years but we still only feel comfortable going to her as a pediatrician. Dr. Aslam has a quality to make kids feel more comfortable by her friendly attitude. She understands the problem and recommend exact and at once treatment. However, I would like to mention that sometimes we have issues with scheduling appointments with their front office staff. The Clinic is mostly busy and unfortunately it is sometimes hard to schedule an appointment if some emergency happens. Other than this we highly recommend this Clinic for your child’s first and only pediatrician.

My kids have been looked after by Dr. Ambreen Aslam since 2004. The practice has grown over the years and they have moved to a bigger facility now. The other pediatricians are also very professional. There is a very nice Nurse there called Ms. Mavis, who remembers my kids by their first names. Dr. Aslam treats us like family and has helped us many a times getting affordable prescriptions. Lately, my daughter was sick with pulmonary infection & almost required to go to the hospital. Dr. Aslam & her staff went above and beyond their normal duties to help my daughter and administered urgent care till she stabilized. God bless her & Thank God for Doctors like her.

Very unprofessional! Schedule appointments but don't stick anywhere near close to them. Now I remember why we switched pediatric care. Been waiting for 1 1/2 hours in a Room with no doctor. Staff talking and playing. Watched several people come in after us and get seen before us. Think it's because we are the only white family in here literally. Are appointment was for 2: 45 it's now 4: 50. Never had this kind of treatment at any pediatric facility. Definitely be where I wouldn't trust my baby's here we're gonna use a different doctor from here on out. I think they forget it's about the whole experience, Customer service is lacking greatly. Dr. Aslam have been taking care of my 2 kids since we first moved to Houston 2 years ago. Before her I had only one pediatrician for a time frame of 8yrs. I wanted to find someone family oriented that I can trust, and I did. I appreciate her knowledge and the way she teaches us about what’s happening and explains to us what we need to do. Her nurse is great and I had to take my 4 yr old in the past with Dr. Perez and Dr. K and they were both very educated and knowledgeable, their nurses treated us very well. The referral lady is great! She helped me in switching my referrals and gave me plenty of resources to Ge try dsugthers treatment. The front staff is very friendly, they’re bilingual and have great customer service. This office is always busy Sometimes you will wait more than other times but I wouldn’t change Dr. Aslam for anything. The whole office staff will treat you like family.
I recommend their knowledge and care.
