Luxe at Katy Apartments

The price is ok for the zone, maintenance on time and friendly, trash pick up service on time, the spaces are cute maybe not luxurious really but they are really nice, residents are sweets, parking space its a issue sometimes, managements visit Genivere Best leasing consultant ever, main manager strong personality but fair with everybody in the community.pet friendly,

I have lived here since October of 2019 and this is one of the best complexes i have stayed in. The office staff is beyond amazing and responds quickly to maintenance requests. I will be renewing here definitely.

I have been living her for about 4 years! I love the apartments. Anytime I need anything fixed they usually come the same day. I have never had any issues. I have lived in 2 apartments (1 bedroom 1 bath) and (2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms). All the neighbors are friendly and I have not seen or heard of any issues. As a mom of 3 babies, I feel very safe living here. I highly recommend luxe at Katy!

I Truly want to thank my front office Ladies for their hard work and dedication to us here. They have helped me and still is helping through this pandemic. As always communication is key and Tammy, Guen, and Ashley are the best! Thanks for all you do I chose the right place to call home!

I love my apartment home. The set up is perfect and the square footage is great. The property is well maintained. Management is awesome. The Maintenance Team is great. I am proud to say where I live.

Beautiful apartments, very kind community, the girls at the front office are always amazing! Very clean, giant closets, beautiful kitchens.

Ashley and Gwen were so very helpful when I was moving into my new place. I kept going back in forth with the floor plans but I'm glad they were patient with me. The apartment is very clean and beautiful. Anybody that has came over has always commented on it. Neighbors I have met in my building are also very friendly and inviting. Gym is massive and the pool is nice for summer hangs. Apartment community is quiet besides the occasional motorcycle, truck, or sports car. I would recommend this place to any friend or family member. Thanks!

I have lived here going on 3yrs it’s a great place to live. Nice pool area an grilling spot. The staff and maintenance always take care of business. I really enjoy the events they always have for the adults and children. Great place to stay at, I would definitely recommend!

Moving into Luxe at Katy was one of the few things I did right when I moved to Houston! The community is nice, the location is great! The amenities are very nice, and the apartments are up to date. Management is very respectful, and hey! They have valet trash (which is extremely nice).

I've lived here for about 7 months and we absolutely love it. The response time for the maintenance is fast, usually the next day if it is nothing major. The gym is clean and my wife and I use it all the time. Well kept community, quiet at night and never had an issue with parking, even late in the night. I would recommend this apartment to anyone who is looking for a beautiful, safe and well kept place to stay.

I just moved in this month and am absolutely in LOVE with my apartment. It was so stressful finding a really nice place within my budget. Felt like I hit the jackpot finding this hidden gem. Not only is my apartment beautiful the leasing staff are just as great. Tammy, Ashley, and Gwen have been extremely pleasant during my move-in process and made the stresses of moving seem like a breeze. This apartment complex is definitely living up to its name.

Luxe has been my home for the last 3 years. Excellent administration. Nice facilities and the location is super. Close by I10 and major retail stores, a very relax place and a good place to live. Maintenance people are super responsive and they help you right away. I really recommend Luxe at Katy.

The best decision I took to move at luxe at katy apartment. Excellent customer service, ask for Guen she is so kind. And maintenance is fast.

Omg okay so I was moving from the worst apartments ever off Barker cypress and from the jump Tammy and Guen and Ashley were so helpful in my transition it’s so unbelievable. My moving in was so easy and Guen helped me thru every step. I love how she’s so genuine and just pure authentic. I love my apartment unit they even painted my living room wall Luxe blue very beautiful! Community is very well up kept and no loud noise either. I love the community I see that the residents have and it has a homey feel to it. I would recommend Luxe at Katy to anyone who’s looking to move. Management is amazing!

This place is pretty much get what you pay for, personaly i wish i had looked at other options as there are alot of oter apartments in this area wich seem nicer.
My only issue living here so far is the conditons of the hallways due to people leaving trash outside of the the black bins wich leaves food and residue leaking and attracts cockroacches.

Ive noticed trash bags being dumped outside all the time stacked up.
Perosnaly the trash policy needs improved.

Apart from that the staff and management are wonderful and very helpful. But i certainly wouldnt say these are luxuary apartments. As i mentioned you get what you pay for wich you cant complain for the price

I can NOT say enough WONDERFUL things about living here. I love, love, love this place. Besides the AWESOME community and events planned for the residents, the staff are the absolute BEST. From day one they all made my husband and I feel very welcome. We forsee being here for a very long time and will definitely recommend Luxe at Katy Apartments to anyone looking for a place to really call home.

Luxe at Katy is great place to call "home". The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to my needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise. The grounds and facilities are kept clean everyday. The workout room is open 24/7 and is rarely crowded and the pool area is lovely. I love the convenience of the Valet Waste service and covered parking. I live alone with two children here and could not feel safer anywhere else.

I have been here for just shy of a year and I have also read the reviews - you can’t blame the property for your neighbors. Any apartment complex will have a noisy or annoying neighbor. The staff and front office are AMAZING. They follow thru with “complaints” and anything that needs fixed or addressed in a very timely manner, they are all very friendly and all very knowledgeable! They go all out for the community to hold events to bring everyone together to get to know your neighbors, the ground is always neat and cleaned, the amenities are awesome and always very clean! It’s overall a very calm and quiet property and I feel safe. I have 3 little kids and everyone feels like a village/family here always willing to help! I would definitely recommend the Luxe at Katy!
