Luxe Nails & Spa reviews
17I never write reviews but this was the WORST service I ever got! It’s so nasty and disgusting inside please clean up the shop!
Everyone is so kind! I’m very happy I stumbled into this nail salon. I always enjoy my services. Thank you from a very tired mom!
I went here because it was convenient, but never again. I had a mani-pedi by a woman who had no idea what a massage is supposed to be. She rubbed my shin bone instead of the leg muscle and I had to tell her to stop because, besides being absurd, it hurt. Also, I have to say, the place was both messy and dirty. Couldn’t get out of there fast enough.
The lady who did my pedicure rushed through it. She was more concerned about how busy the place was getting. My heels feel so rough and my toenails are uneven. Will never go back again
Came in for a mani/pedi, was left in the chair without service while others who walked in after me were taken care of first. I was there for almost 2 hours while others were in and out. One employee acted like he didn’t understand when I said I wanted an American manicure and proceeded to paint my nail completely white and when I said no just the ends white he got mad and went to give someone else a manicure. Then the lady who did my manicure buffed them so thin that they bent and broke in the first day even with gel on them. Terrible attitudes, terrible service, terrible nails. Never going back. Y’all need an attitude check.
Very pleased with this nail salon! I received a gel pedicure from Lynn and she did wonderful. I received a SNS manicure from Henry and could not be happier! They are thin, just how i like & be paid good attention to my cuticles and got me all cleaned up. Very pleased with their friendly service & attention to detail.
Love it here! All techs are great I’m sure you can find a good fit for you:) worth the money!
I absolutely adore this nail salon. Their prices are very reasonable and their techs do excellent work. The shop is incredibly clean and bright as well. During my most recent visit, there was a color mix up between gel numbers and dip numbers. When I noticed and showed the tech the color I had actually wanted, they fixed it with 0 complaints and no extra charge. Will return again soon!
Don’t come here!
Came here with a friend and both got the “classic” pedicure. We both had different things done to us, she did not receive many things that I received. My nail lady rushed through the entire pedicure. I left with my nails cut unevenly and nail polish on my skin around my toenails. I could’ve done this at home. Although, upon walking in and being treated the way I was by the front desk girl, I should’ve turned around and walked out. She rolled her eyes at me when asking for a drink refill and anything that required her to move from behind the front desk. Truly a terrible experience and I recommend anyone to stay away!
Do not recommend getting a wax here. The older lady didn’t sanitize my skin before or even after getting it done. Never had that happen at any other salon. The wax room was super dirty as well.
I love this so much more than this review will allow me to express. Cindy, Cathy, ivy and all the other women (and men) there are professional, patient, courteous and would do anything to help you get your perfect nails. They do next-gen, shellac, gel and regular nails and fake. Their pedicure menu is awesome and I recommend the spa organic pedicure. Their color selections are robust they are hospitable. This place is amazing.
Customer service:
Wait time: (walked in and waited 20 minutes)
Nails: Had a polish change on my toes. Ask for a French tip.
Thoughts: Could have been better
This is by far the best nail salon in Austin! I have been to my share of nail salons throughout the years and I have finally found one I can always rely on! The nail techs are AMAZING and always have made a place for me in their salon. Do yourself a favor and check it out!
This is my go-to nail soon. I call before I go in to make sure they have availability. There seems to be a lot of regulars here
Had a set of acrylics done by Johnny. He was awesome! Great customer service plus he did a great job! I'll be back!
Wife made an appointment for us to get our toes done before a trip to Mexico. Not that familiar with pedicures, however I think my toes looked worse after. We had an appointment for 2pm. Didn't get in the chair until 2: 30. Then it was another 30 minutes before she started actually working on my feet. I don't have any comparison, but this might be the worst place for a guy to get a pedicure.
The worst rush job ever. I don’t mind a quick pedicure but the lady was super distracted and wasn’t even paying attention to what she was doing. The nail polish job was streaky and she expected me to be ok with it. I simply asked for her to please add another coat. All I was hoping for was a job well done and that did not happen. In the end she basically told me sorry I’m just really busy. As if I was not important, maybe because I wasn’t getting the most expensive pedicure on the menu!?
Find a better salon, it’s too hit or miss here. Not the first time.
