I have longer-then-average hair (for a guy at least) and after having quite a few barbers totally mess up my hair I knew I needed someone who could actually style and shape my hair. I was referred to Marissa by my mother, Marissa has always done very well on my hair. Recently Deborah did my hair and she also did an amazing job. The service here is on point and is very professional, they have never messed up my or my mothers hair, and for the area and shopping center the price is great. I will definitely continue going here.

I am a devoted client of Luxe Salon, and Deborah Missildine. Luxe Salon has always brought the best service and products to their clients. I had the opportunity at my most recent appointment to try the new Oribe "Renewal Remedies Treatment". I rarely do reviews but this new treatment blew my socks off. My colored, dry, frizzy, unruly hair has been transformed - in 5 minutes. It's soft, smooth, shiny and a breeze to blow-dry. It can be customized to fit your hair needs, lasts up to 4 weeks and truly delivers! You won't be disappointed.

I am very disappointed. I showed Marissa a picture of what I was looking for when we started. I specifically asked for no stripy highlights. I ended up with brassy looking stripy highlights. I have hair color all over my forehead still. I spent $240 and now I have to start from scratch and possibly spend more to have my hair fixed. My hair looks horrible. She tried to blame it on my hair. I have never had issues with getting my hair colored or highlighted.

I am editing my previous post. They have been amazing as far as fixing my hair. After speaking with the manager I was given another stylist to correct my issues. Emma is amazing! She was able to make my hair look beautiful.

This salon is legit! It's a rare gem for sure. They have scalp treatments from Rene Furterer ranging from thinning, oily, dry, irritated and detox treatments to maintain a healthy scalp so you can grow healthy hair. They also use Goldwell hair color that treats as it colors so the hair grows out healthier. Deborah, Deanna, Mai, Ryan, Emma, etc are so friendly, fashionable, fun and passionate about hair, makeup and styling. That love making their guests look and feel their best and it shows with their enthusiasm.

Deanna is the best hair stylist I've ever had. She listens to all my concerns and always makes time for me. I look forward to my hair appointments because I known I'm going to come out looking fabulous! Seriously y'all she's fantastic. This salon is gorgeous, and so professional. 5 stars!

Make an appointment with Marissa (Manager/Senior Stylist) if you’d care to spend an inordinate amount of time and money on your hair. I had the pleasure of leaving with a cut any 3 year old with safety scissors would be proud of and color Bozo the Clown and friends would envy. Of course, my lovely strands are in dire condition after a second day of unsuccessfully trying to “tone” my glowing orange roots down, but Marissa was so proud of her accomplishment she took a photo. Such a nice “welcome back to Plano” from Luxe Salon & Design. I would suggest Marissa stick to managing that lovely salon or move on to a Cuts R’ Us. I wasted $276.00 on a service which should have cost Marissa a sincere apology and Luxe their best conditioning treatment. All my mistake for walking in to buy Oribe hair spray.

I’ve been a client of Deanna’s for more than 10 years. She is a fantastic master colorist and stylist and I highly recommend her. The salon is beautiful and the staff is wonderful! You won’t be disappointed.

The staff is super attentive and always manages to fit me into Mai's busy schedule. Mai is the most amazing stylist. Not only is she very experienced, but she always recommends what is best for my hair and works to get it perfect, even if that means staying late for me. The salon itself is also very nice and sells my favorite hair products.

Ryan & Melissa did a wonderful job with my hair & my daughter’s I love the attention both ladies took to talk with us about color & style options. I definitely would recommend both Ryan & Melissa and will be back the next time we need a color refresh! Thank you ladies for your time & attention!

She is aware of all the recent trends and products; she has color down to a science. Debrah always gets my hair to look shiny, bouncy, and amazing. Marissa is a great stylist. I’ve been seeing her for a few years now and does quality service. Always giving me the hairstyles I want. Every time I go back, I don’t think she can do any better than what she did before, but somehow she always exceeds what she did before! Excellent Stylist! And the customer service there is phenomenal, couldn’t of asked for a better place to get my hair done!

Melissa Hoffmann is an artistic genius. Watching her work is like watching a master fine artist, who’s canvas is hair. Her work is elevated far above the crowd and hair is her true calling. She is hands down the best stylist out there.
