LUXOR MASSAGE AND DAY SPA, El Paso TX

Wasn't a fan. I'm actually in bad pain. MT doesn't know a "knot" from a shoulder blade. My blade is so sore from her RUSHED elbow massage. I knew 5 mins into it, that she wasn't knowledgeable of the human body. It was a gift so I didn't complain. But I'm sure they understood by my replies of "Ok". Any massage is better than no massage at all. The basic facial= you get what you pay for. Good luck to you though.

Very comfortable and wonderful experience. Clean atmosphere and nice and caring therapist. Maria is a very nice and has amazing hands puts pressure in all the right spots

Did not get all services I paid for. We got the $260.00 couples package. Should have come with a 30 min soak with milk and honey, 60 min massage, hot rocks to neck shoulders and back, almond oil cuticle treatment, aromatherapy, lavender scented reflexology foot treatment and a free deep moisturizing hand or foot treatment for my birthday. There was no milk and honey in the not so hot water, the massage only lasted 38 min, no hot rocks ever touched my body, did not get an almond oil cuticle treatment, the aromatherapy was nice, no lavender reflexology foot treatment, she rub my feet for maybe a min each and then sprayed something ice cold on them, I think it was rubbing alcohol, also did not get a deep moisturizing treatment for my hands or feet. I believe they are taking advantage of the non white citizens, I saw them charge a Mexican man what seemed like a lot and he was very confused also, she acted like she didn't speak Spanish very well at that point. When it was time for me to pay, we mentioned everything that went wrong and she all of a sudden couldn't speak English very well, she then made a comment that she would give us each five dollars off because we didn't feel the hot rocks or almond oil treatment on our cuticles that was performed on us, really Lady, I know for a fact none of that touched my body, also not sure how you squeezed all that in your measly 38 min massage. Oh wait are you trying to say you shorted me even more time from my 60 min massage you didn't give me. My appointment was at 5: 00, the room and water wasn't ready until 5: 15 pm, we soaked until 5: 45 pm they didn't come back into the room until 6: 00 pm and my whole treatment was over at 6: 38 pm. I walked out of the building fully dressed and paid before 7: 00 pm. The worst part is, they tell you if your going to be paying in cash, they will discount you five dollars for each person, that didn't happen either and then she tried to charge me for a service they told me was free for my birthday and she didn't even provide it. WORST PLACE EVER! If I could give it zero stars I would. Don't waste your money! Way better places in El Paso to go to.

Maria Gutierrez is hands down the best massage therapist in the city I highly recommend her especially if you’re in pain or simply in need of real relaxing and therapeutic relief. I’ve tried many massage therapists over the years and I’m happy I can stop trying.

Highly recommend this establishment! My boyfriend and I have been here several times over the past 2 years. We’ve done Swedish, hot tub, facials, and each time has been a great experience. They are always sure to offer a drink after each massage.
The assigned massage therapist always asks if the pressure is too light or too hard. Rooms are clean, comfortable and relaxing.
We’ve tried a different local spa but nothing compares to the nice and professional people here at Luxor on Rojas. We’ll be back soon ‍️

This is such a relaxing and professional spa! My husband surprised me and we've already made another appointment. I highly recommend it. The staff here is so nice and they work wonders!

It was ok, a little too soft of a massage for my liking but I think it was more my fault for not letting them know.

Professional & relaxing environment equipped with friendly knowledgeable staff. I always leave feeling brand new.

I gave the massage therapist the area, I wanted her to concentrate on and she was more worried about another area that was not causing me any discomfort. But when she got done that area was in a lot of pain for the few days. I will not be going back or recommending anyone to this establishment.

Super friendly, very professional, and one of the best massages I’ve had. Went in with shoulder pain and came out pain free. Highly recommend this place. The lady that checked us in was a sweetheart, answered our questions, and made us feel very comfortable.

Overpriced, facials were a joke, jacuzzi was poorly clean from previous user. The older woman who charged us was extremely rude! Save you money and go else where.

It's kinda hidden. I was in a lot of back and shoulder pain. I had Mia. She did a wonderful job. I had a hurt shoulder for about a week and she got out multiple knots that I could have never have had done. I felt so refreshed and a day later I had no shoulder pain. Already made my second appointment!

For my boyfriends birthday we did the couples spa day and it was amazing! Dont plan anything for afterwards though, we were in a deep restful state for the rest of the day. I took a deep drooling nap after we got home and we both had the best sleep of our lives! Those ladies had magical hands that worked out the most stubborn of knots. It’s a fun place with very talented message therapists. We will be back!

Been a customer for a year and they never disappoint great atmosphere, hot stone are amazing and staff are always nice and friendly. Would definitely recommend to people that are looking for a great place to relax. Thank you Alegria for taking away my tension, stress and make me feel relax.

First time having a massage and it was great! Very professional from booking, to actual massage time. Very clean and follows Covid protocols! Will definitely be back!

Went today with my husband for the couples massage and it was great! Staff was super nice and the environment was clean! Definitely going to be going again!
