I have had my nails done by Alice & Ki and have not been disappointed. This is a very professional and clean place.

I called asked for someone that could do design on my nails and made an appointment. I called and asked twice, that I wanted someone who could do nail designs. If I have to drive else where, that’s fine, I’ll pay someone to do it. I arrived and the guy came and told me the design I wanted would be very expensive. First, if someone says they want something, they know it cost more. There is no where someone can go without charging nail designs per nail. I didn’t ask for the prices. I ask if it was something he could do. For me, it was his presence of not wanting to. I didn’t want to hassle or be disappointed on a design that was half done, because someone doesn’t want to do it. I said, “never mind, I’ll just do a solid color. ” (I would have just said never mind but I was getting a pedi, and tomorrow is Thanksgiving.) I said match my pedi color. They didn’t have it, that’s fine, told him to pick something close. He came back with a red, I said yeah that’s fine. Something basic… let me add the pictures, you be the judge on this job.

Just had an awesome experience with Tammy and Tyson. My nails and feet are ready for the holidays. Thanks Guys!

Stella is new at doing my hands. She’s great at listening and did an exactly what I wanted on my pink and white. Leo has been doing my feet for over a year and half and I refuse to allow any one else touch my feet. He does a magnificent job!

First time here for a pedicure, and will definitely be back! Chloe was amazing, and will ask for in the future. Best foot massage I’ve had!

They are professional in what they do. I did my manicure and pedicure it was really nice. And the place is cool

Alice did a fantastic job on my Halloween nails! I never have a bad time when I get my nails done at LUXX!

Nice and clean nail salon. However the young man did my pedicure didn't do a very good paint job. But the young lady that did my Dip finger nails was very good. My spouse like his pedicure as well. Only four stars because it's a bit pricey and for painting outside toe line.

Got charged a fee for “extra long nails” for very short and crooked nails.none of the nails look alike and they cost more than at other places that do much better work and actual long nails.

I will say this if you have natural nails this is not the place to come. I've never asked so many times do I want to cut my nails. Beyond annoying and rude. Also had to ask the tech multiple times to be gentle.

Mimi did a fabulous job! I came in with 3 ingrown toenails that hurt to the touch. Mimi did her thing and now I’m pain free! It is on the high side but you definitely get what you pay for! The place is clean and she even gave me a complimentary back/neck massage! I came in 45 minutes before closing and she still took her time! This will be my new go-to spot!

It hasn’t even been 2 weeks since I got a dip full set here and they have all lifted or cracked off. I’ve been getting my nails done for over 15 years and have never had this happen before. The thumb cracked off down the middle. Super disappointed with this salon and won’t be returning. I would highly reconsider getting dip done here. Sometime is off with their glue or process.

Updated- went in like 3 weeks ago. My nails cracked and I had a not good experience with the nail tech. I called I was told that only that mail tech could fix my nails. Manager called me and he was very nice asked me to go back I did and they were fixed.
Today August 25th I went back for a full set of dipped nails once I was driving back home not even 5 minutes had passed I notice a cracked nail I went back and the girl up front was nice and fixed my nail that cracked. Now it’s 11: 15pm I just notice that most of my nails are cracked again. The nail tech that did my nails today has always done my daughters nails never had any issues. It’s just so weird that less than a month same issue has happened.maybe it’s the powder color that I chose.

It’s nice shop just make sure you have a clear understanding on how much they will try to over charge you! Nice place overall
