Been going to Luxx Nail Salon occasionally for dip manicure and the staff has always been friendly. Never had an issue. Here’s the most recent pink nude dip I got with champagne gold design. Thanks to May!

Just got a full set & pedicure here for my bachelorette and I was very happy with the service. Van did my nails and they are exactly what I wanted. She asked about how I was liking them throughout the whole process and was very kind. Kim did my gel pedicure and it matched my nails and looked great.

Been here a few times but this most recent time is the last. I got a dip set on Friday 8/11 by Wednesday 8/16 2 nails had cracked. I have been getting dip for years and have never had nails crack within a week. I went in and initially they only wanted to redip the 2 nails that cracked but I showed them signs of other nails cracking and they reluctantly dipped them as well on 8/18. The nail that previously cracked on 8/16 cracked again on 8/19 as I picked up a towel. I don’t know if it’s application or product but this is ridiculous and I have already been inconvenienced once having to drive back to Dallas after a week of having this set. Don’t get a dip set from here.

Wait time for a simple wax was 30 minutes. I left. Rather putting me in a room they should say what the wait time is to give the client the option to wait or leave. Don’t know if I want to return to this establishment. They also need to address their ventilation system. I have been to plenty of nail salons and not all salons hit you in the face with the chemical smell.

This is my second and LAST time coming to this racist place.they played with my money again.i just asked for a basic dip one color square shape.why my nails start falling off after 3 days. And then when i come plain about being treated rudely the lady tried to gaslight me! Yeah this place will be seeing my lawyer. Absolutely ghetto.they are discriminatory PERIOD! The lady w brown hair is the one i had who was yanking on my hands and twisting my fingers trying to break them.then trying to giggle like she didn't do something wrong

Horrible service and quality. She clearly messed up my polish and got attitude when she had to fix it and was extremely rough removing it with tools not meant to remove polish. The other employees were trying to instruct her how to do it and she was over it and it shows. They are lumpy, uneven, and not full painted. This picture was taken immediately after I left, not a month later.

This my second time visiting and I’m sadly disappointed! The first time was amazing with great customer service! The second time I visited, July 13,2023, I was greatly disappointed! I received a fill and design! The design I initially wanted, the tech couldn’t not execute! I settled for another simpler design but that was not executed properly, which i paid $110! After being there for 3.5 hours, I just paid and left due appointments. I expressed dissatisfaction with the shape and design but we had been here for such a long time, I don’t have time to change the design again! I returned July 14 thinking I could simply change the design being that I’d already paid but was told but Jennifer, I’d have to pay extra because I did not like them! The execution of the design was the issue and I was told, “no matter what I’m going to charge you! ” I watched a lady come in yesterday rudely requesting a pedicure, belligerent during the entire process, received a full service, didn’t like the result and she literally stated, “you all can take it off the bill! ” And I watched her not pay! But I speak with the manager calmly expressing my dissatisfaction, paid, and still charged extra! This is beyond ridiculous to me!

This place is a joke. The price list is not listed so they will charge depending on how they feel. I’ve been here on 3 different occasions to get the same services and paid 3 different prices for practically the same thing. If I could leave 0 stars I would.
