I love getting my nails done at Lux Nails and Spa! I loved that the technician took her time to really prep the nails before doing the gel polish application. The salon is neat, organized and has a quaint feel to it. My nails get a lot of compliments. The appointment scheduling process is easy and convenient.

I had a great experience getting my nails done at Luxx Nails! The nail technicians at this salon are always so gentle when removing gel polish or acrylics. Great service, friendly and helpful. They did such a great job and the price was very reasonable. The salon's focus on creating a peaceful and serene environment sets them apart from other nail salons.

Amazing experience here! They are so detailed and attentive. They always execute the nail designs I ask for. The staff members are skilled in providing gentle and relaxing hand massages, adding an extra touch of luxury to the nail treatment. Great experience with Lux Nails and Spa! I did dip powder nail and will be returning!

I usually don’t do this but yesterday I had a really bad experience here. I love this place, I’ve been coming here for a year and a half now and they’ve always done a good job that I’ve even told people to come here with me, however, I went last Thursday to get a refill and yesterday I noticed one of my nails was detaching from my actual nail. I came in and asked nicely if they could re do that one so it didn’t fall off as I had just gotten them done recently. I could tell that they got a little annoyed because I got there 30 min before closing but I had work before that so I couldn’t go earlier. They told me I was gonna have to wait and so I did, but when the guy took me he started grabbing my hand very aggressively and he decided to rip my nail off which made me bleed a lot. He could tell I got upset because it obviously hurt, but he cleaned it and continued to redo the nail. However, I could tell he rushed it and it ended up being crooked, way shorter than the other ones and on top of that my finger was hurting and he was not careful at all. I always get a basic nude color set which is the easiest thing to do, no design, no extra stuff aside from the almond shape, which is why I was very disappointed in how they treated me.

Lux Nails and Spa is my go-to for a great manicure. The people that did our manicure were nice and made sure they were not hurting us. The staff members are knowledgeable about the latest nail trends and can recommend fashionable designs or colors. Did a great job on my nails. The environment is so relaxing and the treatments are fabulous!

I have received two lavender pedicures here, and I genuinely have seen a much healthier appearance in my toe nails. They are less brittle and grow out longer. Very good customer service in a relaxing atmosphere. Only thing I’d like better is more massage on the feet instead of my calves, the exfoliation on my legs can make them go numb after a little while. I do try and communicate this but sometimes it’s difficult to be understood, which is okay. Nonetheless it’s a great place to treat yourself.

So fast and clean! They were so patient with my kiddos and quick! I was in and out in less than an hour for a full gel mani!
They also had an air filter so there was not a strong smell.

I’m upset that I didn’t go to this place first! Peter did an excellent job on my
Nails. I could actually be a hand model. He did such an excellent job on my nails.

The first time I came here I really liked my nails and the colour. I had shellac and they lasted a while. The second time I had gel/ shellac they had all chipped within a few days. There were also flies and insects everywhere so I won’t be going back.

I never go to the salon for my toes to be painted, only pedicured because I feel like the paint job never meets my expectations. I have left plenty of salons feeling angry and frustrated and I initially came for just a pedicure no polish but decided to try it again after a few years and Jon (I hope I’m spelling it right) was extremely exceptional and did my toes PERFECT and I couldn’t be any more happier. I was crying to my husband because of how happy I was! I must add I’m 38 weeks pregnant and he was gentle with me, offered water, wiped my shoes and even put them on my feet before I stood up. Completely satisfied and highly recommend him.

I'm new to the area I just moved here from SA and I love this place it was very nice.very clean and professional. I was totally satisfied with the service.
