14Bar-K Park is a great park and is the site of local public events such as Lago Fest and the July 4th Celebration.

Lago Fest is always a great Texas Hill Country annual event! Good Food, Music, Art & Atmosphere!
Our family had a wonderful time celebrating our granddaughters 4th Birthday Party. A safe and beautiful private park with lake access.
Well thank you HOA for this amazing private park it benefits the community I’m glad I’m one of the members of this community to keep this community safe and clean for our neighbors.this is my wellness place to go relax and have a good time with my family.
The biggest park in Lago Vista, great park for family that includes pets.with access to lake.
Beautiful area. We were guests at the pool which is very clean. The pool is clearly marked and at the deepest point is 9 feet. There is no diving board or slide (which I personally appreciated.) There is no lifeguard but there is an attendant to make sure there is no overcrowding. The lake is visible from the pool.
Pass card needed to enter parking lot and again at the pool.
If I had to rank this boat ramp it would be 2nd in the LVPOA community. Water levels are not kind to this ramp, Lake Travis needs to be close to full in order for it to be open.it is currently closed as I write this review.
Lake chop/wake doesn't impact this ramp.
This ramp can be busy but not too bad, decent traffic. Helps to have this open to relieve the traffic at Marina ramp.

We attended Lago Vista FreedomFest on July 3,2021 at Bar-K Park. It was very well organized and well thought out. They organized the festival to use every corner of the park. Entering and exiting the park went very smoothly. Great fun at the festival - the fireworks were awesome!
We were guests from Houston and were there for the freedom fest. Had a lovely time. The facilities were nice. We paid to park on the lake and set up by the water. Kids had a blast, people were great, facilities were sufficient.
We love Bar K Park. It’s part of the LVPOA Lago Vista Park Owners Association. For the most part, it is private needing a card key to enter by car. On occasion there are festivals that permit the public entry by shuttle from various parking lots around the town. (Lots of green grass, children’s play areas, restrooms, pavilions, boat slip, shoreline, views, & wildlife) It is one of many out here for LVPOA folks. Shh! Please keep it our secret.
I love this park. So fortunate that my in laws live here and we are able to come down here when we visit. Couple small play grounds that are great for my 4 year old and lots of room to walk and enjoy the lakeside.
Centerpiece of Lago Vista's Property Owners Association members only park system. Great lake access, private pool, boat launches and Marina's. Only suggestion would be to use the lake water to irrigate more of the grass areas. Only the sports field gets it currently.
Love it for my son to ride his bike. He especially loves going from one playground to the next.
