The staff is highly experienced and knowledgeable, Dr. Kwak helped me understand my current dental conditions and required treatments in a clear and concise manner. Great office space, and I appreciate that everyone is passionate about helping their patients!

The appointment scheduling is easy; the Dr.is knowledgeable, kind and not rushed; the billing staff are very clear and do great at follow up. The team even helped our family member get to the car. Absolutely terrible service. Rude staff. Receptionist wasn’t even there when I walked in. She was next door, apparently socializing. I arrived early but they weren’t ready for me. They brought me back late. The hygienist was rude and talking down to me. They pushed me to get unnecessary and expensive scans. The glasses they gave me weren’t cleaned and bits of dental matter from other patients were smeared and stuck to the glasses they tried to put on my face.

Avoid this place like the plague. Absolutely the most horrific experience I have ever had. I’m shocked that these doctors allow their staff to treat patients this way.

Dr. Kwak and her staff were very professional and kind. They explain everything in detail and ensure that all of your questions are answered prior to starting the procedure. Dr. Kwak always made me feel like I was receiving the best care possible and she was very attentive. The office itself is beautiful, welcoming, and calming. They even offered me a warm towel after we were finished which was a courtesy that I’ve not seen before. Thank you very much, we will continue to use Lykke as our primary dental provider!

She used to love going to the dentist for her 6 month check up and cleaning. Unfortunately, we had a bad experience at another office that scared her a little bit. This office has the most patient, friendly and knowledgeable staff ever! From being greeted right away from the office manager Monica, the dental assistant Hannah and Dr. Hansen. It was such a smooth experience and had a lot of patience with my little one. Not to mention Dr. Hansen listened to all my concerns and was very friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks for the staff at Lykke Dentistry my daughter loves going to the dentist again. This is the best office can’t wait to come back!

My overall experience was very GOOD! From the service at the front to in the exam room I felt very comfortable and not anxious. Which is not always the case going to the dentist. I was very pleased and will be returning.

I love my experience here! The assistant was so nice and walked me through everything that was going on. The doctor was fantastic! He explained my scans and problem areas. He made sure that I was ok and comfortable with what they were doing. He made me feel very comfortable with the whole process.

This is a very professional, beautiful office! The female dentist is very thorough in her work. She explains things before she starts the procedure, and tells you what is going to happen during the procedure. She is very knowledgeable and really knows what she is doing! She is very attentive in listening to any concerns you may have! I am very leary of dentist and she is one of the best I have been to. Give this office a try! It is beautiful and Dr. Kwak is very knowledgeable and great at her profession. I was very comfortable and impressed when I left the office. I will definitely return to her for future proceedures!
