There could not be a more complete real estate agent than Lynn Beaurline. She has the unique ability to put the interests of her clients in the forefront at all times. She checks and double checks every line of every document involved in the buy/sell transaction. She knows whom to recommend for any type of work. Need an electrician? Audio video person? Painter? Handyman? Inspector? Appraiser? She can steer you in the right direction. My husband and I had complete confidence in Lynn. I simply cannot recommend her more highly. In case you are wondering, we did not know her prior to our recent buy/sell experience. I’m not trying to help out a friend with this glowing report. I’m just telling it like it is. She’s the best!
I met Lynn after replying to one of her advertisements. She responded to my call right away and agreed to meet with me shortly after. When she visited my home, she immediately assessed her thoughts on the property's value and how to best stage it for showings.
I followed her advice, and the house sold almost immediately and for the price I wanted. When issues arose later with the inspection and the home's valuation, she knew just what to do.
