I've been using M Cleaners for several years. They are the best I've ever used. They have never lost or damaged a single garment. They even got a wine stain out of my favorite dress shirt! It is owned by one of the friendliest couples you could ever meet.

M Cleaners has been my go to for the past 6+ years. They have always done a very good job with all of our clothing. Our clothes come back cleaned and on time. The customer service is EXCELLENT! Too many businesses treat their customers like just another face in the crowd. I know M Cleaners appreciates our business!

This place doesn’t do their own dry cleaning on site. They use a vendor in sugar land and will take your clothes but not provide a price before sending your clothes off so you are stuck at whatever rate they come up with. I got stuck with 140 dollar bill that the “Manager” won’t take accountability for not being transparent about the cost of services. There are no prices listed where you can see them, and there is truly no breakdown of the cost per item. I tried to resolve this issue with the manager, but she kept trying to tell me there is nothing she can do about it that. I asked to speak to some else to the manager/owner and she refused to get that person involved being rude and unprofessional. She advised me if I got go and pick up my clothes then they will be sent to goodwill. I don’t recommend this place to anyone. They don’t clean onsite, and I was a first time customer and I get treated like this. Don’t waste your time and hard earned money here.
