M Robinson is the place to go when jewelry shopping/designing! I designed my engagement ring here with a BIG help from Kimberlyn and Ghada. I called Kimberlyn and told her my initial ring ideas, and by the time my appointment came around, she had sourced diamonds that fit my specific wants and we viewed them in the “diamond room”. From there we narrowed it down and began designing the band and setting. Both kimberlyn and Ghada listened and contributed to my vision, while educating me on the design and build process. I am so happy with how the ring turned out! Every design appointment with them was such a fun experience.as ring shopping should be!

Saleem was very helpful. I was looking for a cross set in rose gold and he was able to order a beautiful one for me.

Since I don't live off 620, M Robinson would not have come to my attention had I not received an invitation by mail to a buy-back event they sponsored by an outfit from St. Louis. I decided to sell my mother's silver service that day and while I was there, left with M Robinson's Jewelry repair service both a ring to be resized and a necklace closure to fix. Kimberlin was terrific with my intake, making sure to resize my ring properly. I picked both up yesterday and could not have been happier. Kimberlin even showed me a way to look more on trend with the way I wear my necklaces.

I would not recommend this Place for any business to go work for. They want a lot of work done for little bit of money. The owner never came out of his office to even interduce him self. We got a tour of the building and told want they need done by the Security Gard. The employees sat around doing nothing. They except you to do a thousand dollar job for two hundred dollars and they want it half done so your not there for a long period of time and so no one can see you working there. They are cheapskates with a billion dollar business. They do not handle their Business professionally at all. They might be professional to Customers that have a lot of money but not for other companies or Customers that don't have a lot of money. They are not professional for the small business owner or for the average customer.

I had a great experience working with Judy. She helped me find the perfect ring and was so helpful to get the perfect diamond I was looking for. The store is beautiful with a wonderful selection of jewelry. Everyone there was so nice. I would totally recommend MRobinson.

I love this jeweler. The outside appearance looks of formality does not in anyway match the kindness, knowledge and genuine service you receive inside. I have had them redo much of my grandmother's jewelry. I highly recommend them and will be a lifelong customer.

My girlfriend and I went in looking for engagement rings for the both of us and Saleem was an absolute rockstar! He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and yet he was very relatable and sweet! We were nervous because we had never shopped for jewelry let alone engagement rings! Saleem took the pressure off and guided us through the whole process. We picked up our rings today and are in love with them! The whole team is amazing there but big shout out to Saleem for being so patient and kind to us!

I needed a replacement wedding band from Verragio and came into the store because I knew they sold the brand I was looking for. I was greeted by Judy, in sales, and she was so nice! I told her what I was looking for and she showed me all of the Verragio bands and then other bands that were similar from other makers. Judy was very laid back, kind and funny. I even took my mother in to look at the rings with me. When we left she said "I really like the gal your working with! " I honestly could have chosen this ring from a couple of other places, but I decided to give my business to M Robinson mainly because the salesperson Judy did such a spectacular job of helping me and I instantly connected with her. She did great and I'll definitely being going in to see her when I'm ready to purchase my next piece of jewelry.

I want to first say that I just happened to drive by and have always admired the store and now that I was looking for an engagement ring, it was the perfect time to check it out. Of course I arrived 20 mins to closing, but immediately as I walked in I was greeted with the warmest welcome, and would you like a water. Judy Yao introduced herself and I explained my situation for finding an engagement ring asap. My goal was to have it ready the next week so I could propose on our trip to Vegas. Not only was Judy patience, she spent extra time after closing hours to explain the details about diamonds. She told me to think about some of their options overnight and to come back next day at my convenience and she would have a few more to look at based on my budget. And she did and what a selection they have! Long story short, I ended up with the final two. There was a small price difference, but Judy was honest with the one she thought was the best and she was right on. They will also be able to make sure that I get it on Monday before my early flight out on Tuesday! Who does that! Especially on short notice! The whole staff is super friendly and all congratulated me on my engagement. They will be my jeweler forever. Highly recommended!

This was our first stop in searching for an engagement ring and we did not need to look any further. Saleem greeted us upon our entry and he had a cocktail in my hand within minutes. My beautiful bride had an idea of what she wanted and Saleem walked us through the process of creating her vision. He was very conscious and considerate of my budget and with each step of the process he surprised us with upgrades from the quality of the gold to the diamonds on the wedding band. While getting some jewelry appraised, I was talking with Armando about ideas to create a special piece in remembrance of my parents. He suggested taking a diamond from my dad's ring to add to a ring of my mom's that she had as long as I can remember. The result was a beautiful piece.it brought me to tears.
