Brynn Donovan at the leasing office was extremely helpful during our renewal process. She’s very knowledgeable and always available and willing to answer any questions we had! Our apartment is great and spacious too.

Moved into an apartment here. They advised I could not inspect the room prior to move in as there was a tenant. I've now moved in and there is a cockroach infestation. They are all over the place. This is absolutely miserable. Please, if you live somewhere else without a pest control problem don't move here.

This place is super nice. Maria the leasing assistant was great. Very professional. The treatment I received was exceptional ️

Wish the grounds around the buildings were kept up with better, dog poop on walk ways, that’s a resident problem not MAA.other than that we really like the area and our unit.oh and be careful getting packages at your door, the delivery people are lazy and wil leave 2-4th packages on first floor, sometimes they leave them right on the street gates.i’ve had one of my packages opened and just left because i’m guess they didn’t want what my 10 year old ordered.lol best to have packages sent to the little post office or if it’s amazon use a locker at wholefoods.

The application and approval process to rent an apartment was very easy, fast and with very pleasant and professional advice from MIA AND DIANA. It was a pleasant experience. I recommend it 100%.

Our move-in experience left much to be desired and stands as one of the worst encounters we have had. Before the actual move-in day, we decided to conduct a pre-move-in inspection of the apartment since the one we applied to was not the one we toured. Our agent appeared to have forgotten the scheduled day, exhibiting signs of being overwhelmed and overworked, she was rushing to get to another tour, so she gave me the keys to do the tour alone. She had repeatedly emphasized that she was the sole staff member managing everything. Nevertheless, we proceeded to approve the apartment.

However when we received the apartment on our move in date, it was still exactly like when we viewed it. The condition of the unit remained unchanged from our initial viewing—unclean and far from move-in ready. Fortunately, the manager organized a cleaning crew to address the situation urgently. They assured us that not only would the move-in date be fee-free but also that they would notify us once the apartment was cleaned and fully prepared.

Disappointingly, the promised call never arrived, leaving us in uncertainty until noon the following day and still got charged for those couple days It became evident that the management had not taken the initiative to update us on the progress or cleanliness of the apartment. Despite this lack of communication, we were fortunate to have the keys and found the apartment to be somewhat passable for moving in. We filled out the move-in sheet, believing it would facilitate the resolution of the pending issues. Regrettably, the office manager failed to act upon our concerns, prompting us to proactively engage with the maintenance team to address the problems ourselves.

This place is a dump, apart from charging way too much rent the elevators never work. Was there about 3 years and elevators only worked a few times and they would go out all the time. The electronic doors also were never working, had to go around. The handicap electronic button never worked either. These people wanted me to pay them rent even when I moved out! They are money hungry and want to charge for every single thing. Please don't rent from these people!

The absolute Best Apartment Experience Ever!

I just had to share with you the most amazing apartment experience I've had! Here's my review:

I recently moved into Addison Circle and I couldn't be happier! The apartment itself is spacious, modern, and beautifully designed. The amenities are top-notch, from the swimming pool to the fitness center. Definitely a more mature crowd, which is exactly what I was looking for. To the local retail & the maintenance team is super responsive and always quick to fix any issues. The location is perfect too, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and parks.

But what really sets this place apart is the incredible management team. JAMIE WEAKS! They go above and beyond to make residents feel welcome and taken care of. They organize fun community events and are always available to address any concerns. It truly feels like a home away from home.

I highly recommend to anyone looking for a fantastic living experience. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!

I’ve only lived here for 3 months. I live in a studio and my windows do not open, extremely unsafe and a fire hazard. These windows aren’t even up to code, absolutely illegal. My vent doesn’t work and the AC is broken, the amount of hard water in this complex is horrible and the amount of bugs and funky smells are extremely unsanitary. My dishwasher is broken I’ve put 2 maintenance requests in. My sink is broken, it’s the worst place to live. I will be breaking the lease to get the hell out of this nightmare. Absolutely disgusted by the fact I had a $300 ELECTRICITY BILL BECAUSE THEIR AC IS BROKEN. Congrats MAA you will be hearing from my lawyer about the windows and the fact there is no ventilation. I spend close to $2000 to live in a 400 soft studio and I am absolutely getting cheated!

If you have beer taste and a champagne budget, this is your place! (You read that right!)

If you like climbing stairs when paying for an elevator that is nearly always broken, this is your place. Thanks for the extra stair cardio, MAA!

If you like dirty hallways with the occasional puddle of vomit, dog poop, dead bugs, and trash that stays and festers for months, this is your place. Don’t worry; the cockroaches here are VERY FRIENDLY!

If you like paying for parking garage use but have a defective key fob that never works, this is your place. And when you get to leave your car out in the hail because of it, I can’t recommend it enough. The hail people even washed my car for free after the $6500 repair!

If you like requesting repairs that get cancelled or halfway done with things left unfinished, this is your place.

If you like paying for security gates that never lock, this is your place. Sometimes it comes in handy with the tele-entry boxes that never work.

If you like walking through the halls and getting a contact high from weed, this is your place.

If you like customer care numbers and emails that never answer or respond, you’ll really like it here! And if getting ignored by management that you’ve called and emailed sounds like something fun, you’ve gotta move here.

If all of these sound like things that you’d love to pay for - and don’t worry they are great at making sure you pay promptly - YOU’VE GOT TO SEE THIS PLACE!

I could keep going, but you have to see it, pay for it, and experience it to see all the reasons you’d love to move to MAA’s luxury apartments at Addison Circle.

Becky in the office is a sweetheart. The maintenance crew is amazing. I’m thankful every day when I moved from Arkansas I chose the city of Addison (MAA Addison Circle) to reside. It is quiet, peaceful and accessible to everything.

Extremely Disappointing Experience - Zero Stars!

I have had the misfortune of living in this community for the past months, and it has been nothing short of a nightmare. If I could give it zero stars, I would do so without hesitation.

First and foremost, the building elevator has been out of order for an entire week! Yes, you read that correctly - an entire week! This is not only inconvenient but also poses a major health and safety risk, especially for residents like me who have difficulty climbing stairs. Despite numerous attempts to contact the management, there has been no response whatsoever. It's shocking to see such a blatant disregard for the well-being and comfort of the residents.

Speaking of climbing stairs, it's a Herculean task for me, and I am sure many others share this struggle. The lack of a working elevator has made going in and out of the building a tiresome and excruciating experience. I feel trapped and isolated in my own home, and it's utterly unacceptable.

To add insult to injury, there is absolutely no parking available on the first floor. I am forced to park my vehicle on the second floor and beyond, which is incredibly inconvenient, especially when carrying groceries or other heavy items. Why should residents have to struggle just to park their cars?

Living in this building has become a daily ordeal, and I cannot stress enough how utterly disappointed and frustrated I am with the management's lack of responsiveness and their disregard for the residents' well-being. It's a disgraceful display of incompetence and negligence.

I strongly advise anyone considering moving into this building to think twice. The lack of a functioning elevator, coupled with the absence of first-floor parking, makes living here an absolute nightmare. Save yourself the trouble and look for a more caring and competent management team elsewhere.

Loving my apartment and community! This mis my 3rd year and I haven’t have any problem. The leasing office is always nice and responsive.

Sometimes people lock the community center from the inside and the equipment needs to be upgraded in building 2.

I have always admired this property and got to tour it the other day. I want to be around fun events and a community feel. The Addison events that happen just make it better

Worst possible apartment complex to live at. If you enjoy living with half broken appliances, getting your car towed for no good reason, or spending way too much money on rent while living with roaches then this is your place to stay! Horrible excuse for a place to live, highly recommend living in an efficiency rather than here.

I've lived here since 2021 and have really enjoyed it. The community is awesome! There's always people out and about, especially with their dogs. There are great restaurants in walking distance of the apartments and bars. Another plus is you're right in the middle of Taste of Addison, Oktoberfest & Kaboom Town! Roads do get blocked off during that time but it's really not a big deal, you can still get home. The staff at the office gets to you fairly quickly. If they miss your call they will get back to you either that day or the next. The only bad experience I have had here was my partner's car got stolen while parked outside. All in all, I love it here and have had a great time living here for two years. The only reason we're leaving is because my partner wants to live somewhere not as busy. Other than that I would totally still be here!:)

I have a friend that recently moved in. The office staff was so fantastic and helpful. I am considering leasing there once my lease is up at my current apartment. Becky and Makayla were so helpful after my friends move in process.

I said that normally, when you first move into a place, everything is great. You are in the honeymoon phase. But I'm here to tell you that I'm just as in love with my apt many months later as I was the day I moved in. This is just a really awesome place to live. Staff and maintenance are outstanding. I'm extremely happy to be here. =)
