I recently moved into MAA at bear creek and absolutely love living here the staff McKenzie she is wonderful she walked thru everything very informative. I love the area it’s quiet also the maintenance team love them very professional I simply have no complaints

1200 fuller wiser road apartment. I cannot express enough how impressed I am with the exceptional service provided by Yamil and Joseph. Today I had a maintenance request for electrical issue with microwave, refrigerator, and stove breaker tripping, and within just two hours, these two individuals arrived at my doorstep ready to tackle the issue.

From the moment they entered my home, it was evident that Yamil and Joseph were consummate professionals. They greeted me with a warm smile and immediately got to work, wasting no time in troubleshooting the problem with my microwave. Their expertise and knowledge were truly remarkable, as they quickly identified the issue and efficiently replaced the microwave.

But what truly amazed me was their willingness to go above and beyond their duties. While they were here, I happened to mention that my living room light bulb had also burned out. Without hesitation, Yamil and Joseph offered to take care of it for me. They not only replaced the bulb but also ensured that it was properly installed and functioning perfectly.

Their attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional service were truly commendable. Throughout the entire process, Yamil and Joseph maintained a high level of professionalism, ensuring that I was informed about the progress and any additional steps they were taking.

Not only were they prompt in responding to my maintenance request, but they also completed the job in a timely manner without compromising on quality. Their efficiency and dedication to their work were evident in every aspect of their service.

I am incredibly grateful to have had Yamil and Joseph assist me with my maintenance needs. Their exceptional skills, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile have left a lasting impression on me.

I Love Love Love calling this place home! It was just before the holidays when I moved in and it has been great! Love the home and the Staff has been great! The maintenance staff has been great! They replaced my closet Twice because I have a lot of clothes and they didn’t complain not once! Nor did they mention my clothes! Thanks for having a great crew!

The ladies in the office are so sweet, always going out of their way to help in any situation they can. Love all the staff members and definitely love living here.

Yamil came to install the water heater with Ashley. They were so efficient. Also last week I brought home a new printer and as soon as I opened the door offered to bring it into my apartment. What took him 3 minutes to do would have taken me an hour! I really appreciated the help!

We have lived here for almost 4 years.
During that time the staff and management has always treated us with respect and professionalism. The rare maintenance issues are responded to promptly. The property always looks professionally maintained and overall, living here has proven to be a great experience!

Quite taking a bowl for watering my elderly dog to be part of your cause. My companion for the last 13 years could be be spent picking up her doo and walking her. Pick up all the dog food and make your fasters be quiet

Shout out to Joseph Camacho for providing excellent customer service. I had an issue with my oven and he arrived earlier than I expected and determined the issue and repaired it quickly! Thanks for the awesome service

This is such a fantastic property! It is very well kept. The staff is extremely helpful and very pleasant. The apartment homes are beautifully upgraded and for the area, if it fits your budget, why go anywhere else!

Was looking for a place to call home and came across MAA Bear Creek on a late Saturday afternoon. I was immediately greeted by the most pleasant and delightful young lady by the name of Courtney as I entered the office. After taking a seat and explaining to her what I was in search of, my wants, needs and must haves, she
took notes and after going over the options that would perhaps fit me and my style she went to work to help me accomplish what I was sent out to find. Long story short, she nailed it! After spending time with her sharing my life story and laughs with her, I felt like I was finally "home" and made a great friend along the way. I'll be moving home come the end of July and looking forward enjoying the beautiful amenities along with apt.

MAA Bear Creek is a rip-off. They overcharge when you move out. When you move in, the place isn't the cleanest, but when you move out, they want every single thing to look brand new. Don't waste your time, it's looks nice from the outside but that's about it. I only left 1 star because I have to leave at least 1
