We've been here for about a year now and have loved every minute of it. The staff is friendly, we love Jessica the assistant manager she really really helped us out when we needed a place like asap last minute. Thank you Jessica! ! We really appreciate you. The Maintenance crew fixes any problem usually within a day or within hours. Everyone is so nice here. Management is also on top of things and are great at communicating. You can't beat the price to be honest in this economy, and the area is super safe plus my neighbors are all pretty cool. Deciding tovstay another year was a no-brainer for us.

Lovely complex! Quiet and tenants are friendly and courteous. Front office management is great! Very responsive and professional. Maintenance cannot be better! Wonderful service and efficiency. Happy to be here!

I really like this place. It's not what I would consider pristine. There was some work that needed to be done, but the staff here is on their game. Maintenance requests are quickly taken care of. Staff is always so very pleasant to work with. The apartment itself is spacious and comfortable. I feel at home here, and despite the ever rising cost of rent, I want to live here for as long as possible. As and aside, the rent here is reasonable for the area.

The room is too noisy, it is not recommended to live here, a large area upstairs runs back and forth at 6: 30 in the morning, and the electric fan downstairs keeps beeping, and it is useless to talk to the office. Living here, my spirit is a little weak, I can't sleep on my side, or I was woken up by the sound of the electric fan downstairs.

First of all, i shall thank Heather who has helped me in making the move in process easy for us and she is very helpful and patient in understanding all my queries.

I just moved in this week and the surroundings are very quite and good.

The apartment is very clean before movein.
The door is equipped with smart lock system. Being a tech guy, i like this change on modernizing the security with new features available in market. Hope it wont malfunction or lock you out.

Just be cautious when exiting or entering the apartments as there is continuous traffic on 620 road. Especially for new drivers i recommend to take right always and keep car on right most lane, if possible wait for clear traffic.

I shall update again after few months of living.

So far I like living here. Something that concerns me is the new electronic lock system.it is constantly malfunctioning and unlocking itself. The other day I was already at work and got a notification on the app stating the door lock was jammed and unlocked. That's not very comforting. Also, the locks are doubled up now but still appear flimsy. Young college women I suggest you get another type of door security for added comfort like a security bar. The pest control could use an upgrade. I was gone for a week recently and I came back to find multiple baby and adult roaches, crickets, and beetles scattered on the walls and ceilings. I suggest leaving some kind of A/C on if you're going out of town for even a week bc when you come back it will be hot as heck. My apartment is 1 bed/1 bath, so limited space is expected. However, our washing machine literally shakes the whole floor and I have to scream at my boyfriend from across the room just to be heard when its on. The paint job at the entrance for the 3 different lanes to enter/exit the complex need to be redone. When I moved here I was unaware of the fact there were 3 designated lanes to enter/exit because the paint is practically invisible. This is a safety precaution. There needs to be a larger stop sign when exiting, no one obeys them. I think maintenance should change the gym/mailroom codes at least every 3 months for safety purposes. Someone I know who lived here 2 years ago still knows the passcodes. One more trash and recycling bin would be beneficial, maybe for those who live deeper in the complex. I live near them and feel bad for those individuals who have to put stinky garbage in their car or trunk maybe more than once a week, because its too far too walk for them. Designated parking spots would be great, 2 for each apartment #. During the summer, those who live across from the pool lose their spots to residents who are too lazy to walk with their floats and coolers, so they take the spots of us who actually live next to those parking spots. I've read reviews about car break ins. I really hope this complex understands the legal liability that comes when you don't have security cameras or gates of some kind, security cameras would make all residents feel much safer. I've never seen any except inside the gym which is fine, but not as relevant as in the parking lot. Lastly, ALL units should have wood floors. These apartments could be more profitable to those who have dust mite allergies and are looking for wood floors in parts of the unit like bedroom and living room (kitchen is tile along with bathroom). **On a high note** Maintenance has been so good to me! They always show up and follow up in an appropriate manner, which is greatly appreciated. I've never had issues with the front desk.

Horrible Place to stay and be at. The community replied to their contractor's killing my plants which were planted after taking permission from the property managers by literally saying " They won't be fixing it as some of the plants are still alive ". If you are thinking of living here run away.don't look back just run.

I received an email about these apartments and then Jessica Amador reached out to tell me more about the apartments. Instantly I felt like I was talking to an old friend who wanted to make sure I did not pass up on her apartment complex. Ms. Amador, asked me what I was looking for, what my timeframe was and did I have time to look online at the apartment link she sent me. All that I needed to do was explained the application process, fees and what the next steps would be. So, with joy and faith I submitted my application GUESS WHAT I was approved! I was sent an email welcoming me to the community and I did the happy dance. In closing, take the time to look at what this community has to offer, call or stop by and become a new resident just like me.

Just renewed my lease. Please read if you are considering this location.

We moved to the area last year, and of all the properties I researched and of all the leasing agents and managers, CG @ Canyon Creek's office staff strives for customer satisfaction, even with an impatient person as myself. The only real issue I have had was when the maintenance team refused to call before knocking.

A note was added to the maintenance request and ignored. When I called (frustrated) I expressed how discomforting it was and Heather put me at ease with her reassurance that it would not happen again. From my experience, when you call the office, it is a matter of importance and they will exhaust the options to find resolution for you.

No issues with the amenities as they are regularly cleaned. At times, as a community we create quite a bit of trash but that's normal to see at any complex (IMO).

Grounds are clean 99% of the time around building 3.
Parking isn't too bad.
When the mailbox was broken into, a cage was built within the month to protect from reoccurring theft.
The unit was well kept and anything we need to fix or replace was an easy process.

Overall, the ease of service and the ease of communicating with the leasing office is the biggest point here. They will work to make things right, and that is EVERYTHING. Its always nice to have a rep that will work for satisfaction.

Current leasing office reps I commend are Heather and Deedra. Professional as they come.

A great move. We were hesitant about moving into an apartment, but my wife’s friend showed us her place and we fell in love with it. The staff here are great. They helped make the move very pleasant. The two bedrooms are just the right size for us. Hope you enjoy your move as much as we did.

Maintenance has been great but we still need our fridge fixed because our food is going bad fast! Hopefully those engaged in parking lot chats engaging in DEFAMATION and surveillance criminal access with Leander POLICE equipment needs attention by The AWESOME MANAGER! FIRE HIM if he is using access to violate the privacy of renters (PARKING LOT CHATS Cerissa Frazier) which interferes with TAA obstructing business and violating FAIR HOUSING (which now covers gay men like myself)! Gossip by local police is not actually legal when connected to previously reported activity to both Travis County Sheriff and WILCO law enforcement! Thanks for making great decisions more quickly than even the Governor of Texas!

The staff are friendly and helpful willing to please. Any issues pest, maintenance, etc are taken care of in a timely manner.
I like that there are only two floors with attached garages.
