The guys over here took great care of me and got my work done a day early. David and Carlos were both super helpful and professional, I would definitely recommend this location and come back in the future.

I came into this location with the expectations of good quality work. Archie & Carlos stated the Painting/Labor would take 3weeks. Well (2) months later I was told the vehicle was ready, after many phone calls unreturned and when I did speak with whoever answers the phone, I was always told somebody would contact me.

Mngr-Archie became belligerent when advised the work was Unacceptable and Very poor he walked out the office and told Mngr-Carlos to deal with the situation.

If you need good quality work please do not come to this location. Manipulating customers with factitious turn-around times and poor-quality work all at this location.

Had to take my car back as they did not paint the bumpers. After picking it up a second time there are parts of the car unpainted, paint has been scratched off, and dirt in the paint in multiple places. Keep in mind I paid over $2k to have the “premium” paint. If that’s what premium gets you I would hate to see the basic, it also show what they think of being “ok”. I am moving and cannot keep bringing a car back to have issues resolved. Best I can do is warn people to stay away so they don’t have similar issues.

They were very professional and courteous. I came in for an estimate, and it turned out that they could fix my problem without having to take in my car. Shout out to Dave specifically for helping me out! This place will take care of you.

Flat out this Airline Dr location is the worst shop I’ve ever dealt with. Paid for work to be done and it was. One of the workers even backed into the back of my car an the manager tried to lie about it saying he ain’t like the work so he was gone repaint the car but when I get there the car had been wrecked. Gave extra money to make sure my car was done right. On the date I was told my car would be ready for pick up it wasn’t. In fact I left my car a extra week and my car hadn’t been touched at all. To top it of someone opened my sunroof an the inside of my car got wet leaving a wet smell inside. I had to take my car to another shop to have it done the right way on one week versus an month at this Maaco location. Even tho I paid for my car in full and called corporate they want even give me a dime of the $1,300 I paid them. If you have another choice I would advice you to not go to Airline Dr Maaco you will be disappointed

Gave me a really half done job.when I went pick my car up i asked about the part that was not done and Carlos tried to make a joke of it and told me to bring it back in a month.i still have scuffs on the places of my car that they were suppose to paint. I thought I was going somewhere proffesional.they are not proffesional.

Terrible job they will not sand or prime your vehicle before they paint it my vehicle has been there 2 months still not done RUN!

The estimated cost they provided via phone was very close to the in person inspection of damages.

Took a little time to finish but definitely worth the wait. Would recommend mend them to others. Price good.

Custom service was superb. Price was great, the work was great, the time in which they did the job was great, Archie Smith was very friendly and went beyond my expectation for my satisfaction. I will refer others and y'all have a customer for life.
