Mabank Floral & Gifts

We are from the Waco area and ordered a premium spray for my grandmother's funeral. We were disappointed with the arrangement. It was about half the size of what was shown on the website and there were some red flowers instead of pink in some areas. It was also missing a few types of flowers that were shown to be included. After spending over $200 it was very disappointing. Unfortunately, we will not use them again and have told others about our experience, including family and friends in the Cedar Creek Lake area.

I had received the most beautiful bouquet from a friend for my birthday in October. When it came time for my NYE bouquet, I wanted the same florist, which was Mabank Floral & Gifts. Tom created the most fabulous bouquet, which is even more beautiful today (one week later.see photo). They are definitely my florist of choice!

I called Mabank Floral with a small complaint. They were very nice and sent a replacement bouquet with the most incredibly beautiful flowers! I was blown away. THANKYOU for making my Birthday special! Sincerely Charlene Key

I absolutely love this place. I reside in Lampasas, Fort Hood, Texas area. Anytime I need to send flowers to all of my extended family in Mabank area, I call these guys and gals! They answer the phone with such kind and happy voices, that just radiate through the phone waves! If you are complaining about this place, you truly have forgotten at what a blessed life we, as American citizens have! I’m thankful I can call, from my cell phone, that is paid for, to another town, and have someone else create something gorgeous, to bring sunshine to somewhere or someone’s face. I am almost four hours away from my family, and I love that I have this sweet business in my life, and on speed dial!

I went in for a bouquet for my granddaughter as she was performing in the nutcracker. I was told they were very busy and I should buy my flowers at the grocery store.

Just used Mabank Floral to send flowers. I explained what I wanted and the colors of flowers. My friend sent me a pic of the arrangement and it was beautiful. Exactly how I envisioned and perfect for my friend. I would definitely recommend and I will use them again. Great job!

I contacted Mabank Floral on Monday, 1/11/21, about preparing flower arrangements for my sister's funeral on Friday, 1/15/21. Our requests were very specific.yellow roses (her favorite) and dark blue delphinium. Tom was able to obtain the yellow roses, and prepared them in beautiful glass vases. The prices were reasonable, given the specifics of our requests. Thank you Tom, and everyone at Mabank Floral, for making my sister's service beautiful. She would have loved it.
