Mac Haik Ford, Houston TX

Unfortunately my vehicle was vandalized, so i took it to their body shop and man do they know what they are doing. From the moment I entered their office they treated me with respect and started taking care of my issue at hand right away. Pretty knowledgeable personnel with straight answers and no gimmicks. They were even able to get my vehicle mileage service before i stop by to pick it up once they finished the repairs. Like i said great service!

I had a good experience with checking out a truck I found on their website. Brandon and Omar were very easy to communicate with by phone and email and never felt pushy when helping me test and decide what I wanted. Negotiations and financing were straight forward and transparent.
I’ll be happy to return and buy another car from these guys when the time comes.

I scheduled a service at Mac Heike to take care of a factory recall. I was greeted by my service provider after the appointment was made I arrive 10 minutes early for my appointment and they were through with my car 15 minutes ahead of the estimated two hour time to reprogram the computer. The waiting room is comfortable with coffee provided Internet provided and a power outlet to keep your phone charged while you’re waiting; all in all it was a great experience.

Purchased a new 2020 truck from this location by Sebastian! Hands down the best service and experience! **Pro advice** I do recommend getting your loan from your local credit union. Max haik does offer in-house financing but I got a super low rate from the credit union. Also the quick lube center at mac haik ford is affordable and quick for maintaining my new truck.

I tried to say within the Mac Haik family but looks like the third time was not the charm for me and they were on their "tax season scam posts". All this back and forth and low-balling me on my trade, made me know why salesmen and finance Dept have shady reputation. My salesman was very respectful of me but very pushy and then he tried to get Carlos, the Super-Scammer-Game-Runner from finance to come and "educate" me. Trying to offer me $10,000 for my trade only to tell someone later that that was ALL a hoax and that they had no plans on decreasing the dealer price because they wanted cash out of my pocket.even though I told them that with my Cap One Financing and with me playing with my numbers in the Cap One Navigator, it ensured that I did have to put ANY money down. In the end it seems that the vehicle was over my budget and it wouldn't work for me due to a little negative equity I had to roll in. Yep it is safe to say that I am done with Mac Haik!

It should be illegal for them to use the name "Quick". I have had 8 or so oil changes and have never been out in under an hour.usually an hour and half. Even being the first customer at 7: 03am.

I recieved a follow up call about this review. They are adamant on making this right and advise an hour is an average wait time. I am impressed at the quick follow up and desire to satisfy their customers

I always appreciate how I am kept advised of the status of my car's repair and the costs - so there are no ugly surprised.

Waited about an hour for state inspection. Friendly employees as always. The lounge seats could be a little more comfortable.but that's nothing really

Went there for an oil change, and while on my way I noticed my front right blinker was not working.
Instead of checking myself, I made the mistake of asking Quicklane to take a look at it. I initially thought it was only the connector that was not plugged all the way.
They charged me 88.25 USD to replace a blinker light bulb on a mustang!
To clarify, the light bulb itself cost roughly 3 or 4 USD for the public, and changing the bulb takes about 2 minutes total with no other tool than a flat-head screw driver.
This is ridiculous!

Update from initial comment:
I stopped by Quick Lane again to complain about the ridiculous price for changing one light bulb.
I had to argue that it doesn't take 30 minutes to change the light bulb but I was told that they had to remove the wheel to access and it takes a long time etc. Well, it doesn't really adds up to the story since while working on my car, Quick Lane gave me a call to tell me the bulb was out and at the same time asked me for the wheel lock key.
If it was really necessary to remove the wheel to change the bulb, how would they know the bulb was out without having the wheel lock key?

Anyway, after talking with a manager the lady at the desk was very apologetic and was able to lower my bill by 50 USD. Apparently there is an error in the system that lead to the crazy charge.
Anyway, it is a shame to have to fight for getting charged fairly.

If you are not familiar with car mechanics or if you don't feel like fighting your bills, I would recommend to avoid this shop.

I wish I could end my work day 45 minutes early. 3: 15 they stop talking services with not one person waiting and they close at 4. Terrible!

Outstanding service at Quick Lane / Mak Haik. Jonathon provided quick service; brilliant customer service! They've proved that going to them and not the place in the Heights was the best decision.

Astonishingly fast for oil changes and quick maintenance. Great service. Friendly and knowledgeable advisors. Very busy, and very well operated. Sure beats some of the Teutonic locations. Prices, Reasonable. Service, FAST. Observations and recommendations by techs ate sound.

Stunningly excellent service. Quick Lane should be called lightening fast. Service staff helpful, affable, and extremely well trained, prices are tolerable. Excellent location. Mac Haik has the quick Lane at this I-10 Ford Dealership down to a science. Service Manager John is a Rock Star.

I hate this dealership. The Houston dealership is full of dishonest people. Because the idea of how used salesman are it is terrifying going to buy a car in the first place.this dealership lives up to every fear that you should have when buying a car. Stay way please!
