I scheduled my appointment for my car to be serviced, as soon as I arrived and checked in they took my car in to work on it. My name was called after 20 minutes and they explained what was done and then I was ready to go. Their service is excellent, they are very professional, making an appointment is also very easy to set up. In and out quickly which I really love!

Built a sienna on Toyota's website and was emailed right away by "Sabrina Walker". While on the phone with her, I truly tried to keep my cool, but she started in with the standard shady car dealer lies right away. I'd built the van that I wanted to buy, as I wanted to buy it already, but she refused to acknowledge that and breezed right past it to claim that "we're not sure what MSRP will be" and then came the up sell of the 6K phony package of air in the tires and paint on the exterior or whatever else they dazzle people with. Then she hits me with a thousand dollar deposit. I asked her pointedly, "You want me to pay you one thousand dollars today for a vehicle that you can't tell me the out the door price on, or when I will be able to drive it off the lot. Is that what you're saying to me? " Her answer, "yes". The kicker came when I asked her how sales have been. She laughs at me, and says "sales are great, everything is sold before it gets to the lot". Is it possible to find one dealership that isn't so greedy, and condescending? Just one? Things are not going well in the car market. Far from well actually. Seems like now would be a good time to start playing it straight with customers, if you want to be around in six months that is.

Mac Haik Express Service is always excellent service with qualified technicians and service advisors. The waiting area is always clean, safe and comfortable. The refreshments are fresh and coffee is free.

Mason provided excellent service. He went above and beyond his duty. He kept me informed, explaining everything and provided information on services needed in the future. Mason is definitely one of the best service providers I’ve have dealt with in my 55 years.
