Had a great experience! Service was fast and friendly. All the insurance details were succinctly explained in the front and Dr. Nguyen was a pleasure to work with.

One of the best and quickest eye exam experiences I’ve had in a long time. I was able to call and get an appointment on the same day. Once there I was able to see the doctor right way. Dr Nguyen explained everything about my vision in a way that I could understand. A pleasant experience!

I was seen immediately. Everyone was very professional. The doctor asked lots of questions. I was in and out in no time.

Very time efficient which I appreciate — I was in and out in less than 30 minutes for my annual eye exam. Dr. Nguyen listened to me and determined that single vision lenses will work better for me than the progressive lenses previously prescribed by another doctor. This is great news for me to lower cost and improve my vision.

We had a great walk-in experience. The doctor and receptionist were both very helpful and friendly. It was relatively quick and painless.

Drove by looking for a place to get my eye exam and new glasses. Well this is the place, Dr. Nyguen was very pleasant and in depth. He told me things about my eyes I’ve never known and I’ve worn glasses 20 years. To top it off, the ladies next door were you pick out frames were sweet, professional and treated me very well. Rebekah is the one who helped me, ask for her! All in all for a walk in it doesn’t get any better than this. Customer service and genuine politeness goes a long way and this place got it right! I’ll definitely be back and will be telling others about it. Great job!

Staff was polite and professional. There was no rush with my eye exam. Several questions were asked to make sure the exam was successful. Overall the atmosphere was totally pleasant. I will be returning.

Dr Nuguyen was friendly and knowledgeable. The office staff were nice and friendly as well. I will be coming back in the future.

I was very pleased with my first visit to MacArthur Eye Care, I will definitely be back. The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and informative, they have the whole process streamlined which allowed me to be in and out in no time! Dr Nguyen especially made sure I was practicing proper eye and contact care and gave me additional information should I want to adjust or change my contact routine in an upbeat, well informed manner. In the past there have been times when I've felt like I was getting lectured to at other eye care facilities but between Dr Nguyen and his coworkers I felt very well taken care of and learned a few things along the way without being talked down to. If you need a new optometrist or just a new prescription I would highly recommend visiting MacArthur Eye Care. Thank you guys and gals for all your hard work and for your excellent attitudes.
