MacArthur OB/GYN - Euless

Today was my first visit with Dr. Wagner, he was very informative and attentive. This is my 6th pregnancy and I'm high risk, he talked and guided me through each med he would like me to take to better my health. I'm so happy I came to this office. He has been my most thorough Dr. I have ever had with any of my kids and thus was only my first visit!

This office has failed me as a patient who was proud of having a female doctor who cared, in so many ways she has proven herself as the doctor who works with empathy and morals. Unfortunately these past six months have been very difficult with scheduling and appointments I may not be pregnant but as a woman we should all realize that our womb health is very important no matter the age, color, religion or financial status! Do better PLEASE, this is why people are dying and discovering ailments way late. Healthcare is not a joke! But day by day is showing that it’s more about money. I aim to be that provider and professional to invoke change! Thanks for the lessons.

This is my second pregnancy I've been going since my first, I love that place first of all let me start with the staff they are amazing, mary lela I had two appointment with her and she was an amazing she pay attention to details and you could tell she loves what she do Thank you Mary lela! Dr Rebecca Gray being an amazing doctor is under statement you are excellent doctor ️

They never saw my wife. Why? We arrived on time, after all. They made her wait for 30+ minutes in a cold room. They rescheduled at a different place (who does that? You KNOW we are trying to schedule it for this one) and then made here wait again when we came back here. Avoid this place

I absolutely love this location! This is my second pregnancy and first time in this location. Dr. Livingston and all of the staff are absolutely amazing, kind, and patient and have been since day one. The wait time times are very short and the offices are clean. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

My new doctor they were very nice and warming. I will be delivering here shortly and look forward to having a great experience.

Waiting line takes forever, had an appointment at 2 o’clock, i stayed and waited till 5pm for someone to call me they sucks definitely not recommend.

I love it here 10/10 recommend. This is my 2nd pregnancy, Dr Fanous and his staff always goes above and beyond to make sure they answer any and all questions! Everyone is super sweet. Super comfortable there.

I can't believe they were unable to tell me if they take my insurance. I didn't want to take any chances after I read some reviews concerning charges with no insurance.

Had my first prenatal appointment. I am very disappointed that my spouse was unable to attend the appointment with me.

This is our first child and it’s super sexist to exclude the fathers from this experience. Several providers in the area would never exclude the father from this experience and I plan to explore their care.
Nobody makes a baby by themselves. AKA let the dads be apart of this process especially the ones who want to be there.

Can’t say enough good things about this place! Having a baby is a lot to process but Dr. Wang and everyone here has really made me feel better. The staff is so friendly and kind. Dr. Wang answers all my questions no matter how ridiculous (this is my first child). Every visit he really takes his time to go over my results and how things are as well as next steps. This is my First child and during this pandemic I couldn’t be more afraid to give birth during such a scary time but the process and restrictions Mcaurthur OBGYN implements makes me feel safer even going to the doctor visits. They do an amazing job and this place is definitely worth the price. Best care I’ve ever received and HIGHLY recommend.

Had to wait almost 1+ hrs during each visit prior to seeing the doctor. They may need to hire more DRs. Very little FaceTime with the doctor to discuss pregnancy concerns. Did not have the best experience with Dr Gray. Will not use for future pregnancy.

I had very bad experience, they cancel my oppointment because the dr rebbeca gray has an emergency and they rescheduled me for next month so I have to wait another month to know if I'm pregnant or no, it's really bad experience with this office and dr rebbeca gray

Very bad office and management, they rescheduled me 3 times without any reason, and I'm high risk pregnancy.

Billing department waited a day before my procedure to tell me the surgery center doesn't take my insurance. Then they completely canceled my procedure because the facility that DOES take my insurance is completely booked. They had two weeks to verify insurance! This has been the worst experience I've ever had with a doctors office. All this while going through a miscarriage.

My experience at MacArthur OB/GYN has been great thus far im 7 months pregnant expecting my first child and I’m so glad i chose this clinic and Dr. Gray for my Dr.she’s wonderful and answers all the questions i have being a new mom.

Accommodating, kind and thorough. They are a wonderful staff who make sure your needs are met. Polite as well. Thank you so much for helping me and my child! I can’t wait to meet my little bundle of joy!

The customer service and the front desk employee are very helpful. On the other hand, the Doctors that I have seen, show no care or concern.except for Erica, P. A. I give here 5.

This is my first pregnancy and being pregnant during a pandemic isn’t fun or comfortable but the staff here especially dr.wang makes it comfortable they are so polite and takes their time to answer any and all questions no matter how silly it is I recommended them to a friend definitely love the services they provide
