The maintenance men came by and said they were going to check the boiler. Water in the kitchen still remains cold
One of the other maintenance men came by and said the disposal would have to be ordered and replaced. But we still have no hot water in the kitchen. Those guys may say the job is compete but it is not.

If you like hot water to shower or wash the dishes this place is NOT for you! Honestly worst place ever, the streets are awful keep damaging my car tires. They charge you the water and electricity bill more than once per month and if you have more than one car you cannot have a space because they’ll tow it unless you have another family member that lives with you with no car so you can put it under their name, and they will charge you 150 for the application to live here. There is bugs everywhere, they don’t fix anything just paint it over, STAY OUT!

It was okay only problem I had was that my toilet kept clogging up.and even when we do not dispose paper or anything in the toilet which was weird and roaches started to come out. The area is a safe and calm place to live in

We are giving this place a two simply because of the lack of use of your own water here, but charging you for full water usage. My water bill has gone up each month and I have not had water on these dates:

Overall they are charging tenants for things they do not do to upkeep the complex. Avoid this place if you can.

Their response is they are diligently working on correcting the issues but as I just displayed, You have to question the quality of work if this is how frequently it happens.

Oh and there are no outlets in the bathrooms for what's that worth. Never heard of an apartment that doesn't have this.

We have only been living here so since Dec and our rent is 1550 plus bill (water) Jan rent was over 1600 this month of Feb is almost 1800 and when we question the office they said we have to pay our water bill and extra for those our neighbors that used more water than us. So the answer to us was that we not only pay whatever our usage is plus part of our neighbors. I honestly don't understand why they would have us pay other people's usage. We are definitely not renewing our least!

I really appreciate you Laura I hope I spelled your name right it should be a lot more people like you in the world. You took care of my need right away I also would like to thank maintenance for such a quick response.

The water gets cut off every other week due to plumbing issues. Tenants are still charged for water even with water being cut off.

Worst place to live.
Before coming to this place, the management tricked us by fake pictures of the apartment complex and low rent. Even after asking multiple times, they never game us videos tour or sent any pictures until 1 day before our move-in date. After seeing our apartment condition, we told them not to start our lease but they asked us to give lease breakage and 2 months rent even before moving in ($5500) Horrible!
we were forced to live for 2 months and then move out to save some of our hard earned money.

Apartment condition:
We were welcomed by a broken door followed by a breeze of foul smell of pesticides as soon as we entered and also few beautiful roaches.
The staircase then lead to a lovely waterfall from an ever leaking AC and a must have experience of walking on a floor that seems it can break any time. Going to the washroom you can find more roaches and more smell which can become unbearable at times. Any random day you can find your toilets flooded with water backtracking.

On a serious note, these apartments were build in 1960's and management do not do anything except painting to hide all the issues. Roaches, Broken cabinets, foul smell from drain, overflowing water, dirty outside windows and walls, security issues, AC leaking, Washroom has no exhaust, leakage all over the apartment, you name it, it will have that issue.

Management: these guys are worst management i have ever seen, they don't listen to anything you say. Very unprofessional.very high water and trash charges, office is always closed, water off every other day, 4 times i caught them overcharging due to calculation mistake.

Community condition: Worst, nothing is maintained except front office, gym never open, pool dirty, community dirty, people throw trash wherever they want, even in front of your house, Roads full of pot holes and fill up during rain.

OVERALL STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

I don't even have words that describe the horrid experience that I have had with the front office there. I wouldn't wish my experience upon my worst enemy. All I can say is AVOID AVOID AVOID!

For the life of me I will never understand how this place can give you a lease agreement that is a legal binding agreement that states rent 1375 and charge you water and trash, then now charging you for water, trash and now gas without updating the lease agreement. The rent amount is never consistent. One month you paying 1475, then 1520, the 1675. They are screwing over their tenants. Maintenance is short handed, when you look at the monthly statements every month, you are being charged 2-3 times for water, 2-3 for gas jumping your rent up 200-300 extra w month. I use to love this place before they changed owners or whatever. Now I am just looking to move and be away from this scam artist of an apartment complex. Don't move here if you value your money and living.then every other day or every month water is off due to pluming issues IE: We apologize for this huge inconvenience, but our water is off, as one of our units is flooding and plumbers are onsite fixing this issue. Again, we apologize for this huge inconvenience!

I have been living here for only a MONTH and I HATE it my carpet is soaked because the AC leaks, I can’t seem to get rid of the roaches and I have to park 3 blocks from my apartment YEA IM BREAKING MY LEASE ASAP

10/10 would NOT recommend. They have major bug issues. Roaches EVERYWHERE no matter how clean you are. It’s disgusting. We’ve had a leak in our A/C for over 2 weeks. The “maintenance” has come 4 times and every time they say it is fixed but soon as the air comes on it’s leaking again. Also, they don’t fix anything. The showers, cabinets, etc just seem repeatedly glued over in a sorry attempt to “fix” them. You can get more for your money literally anywhere else.

A messy place bad maintenance inresponsable cockroaches rats I don't recommend this place trust me is the worst property I have live in years

If you want to deal with Roaches EVERYDAY and an unprofessional management team that will change again by the time you move out.go right ahead and sign the lease.

Been here for a minute and love it here. Love how I can go online make my work orders and keep track of them and haven't had an issue yet. Thanks to the staff Liberty, Hector Tomasa, Moses, Clara, Sandra. Y'all have made my stay here really pleasant.
