Found Macdaddy's driving around the square of downtown Carrollton. I happened to have my apple watch in my purse. My watch would not sync since Apple replaced the shattered face months ago and Apple and AT&T were no help. Kirk greeted me and immediately started working on the watch. It was not an easy task and Kirk had several opportunities to give up but, he did not. He kept working until he fixed it. He was friendly, patient and did a great job. It now works great. They fixed my watch, replaced my screen cover on my iPhone and I purchased an amazing charging cable and phone case in a short time and for an amazing price.
There were no hard sales here. Everything I purchased I asked about and could not be happier.
I am forever grateful and a happy customer.

I’ve been an Apple advocate since, well they were used in schools in the 80’s. Every cell phone, table top computer, now lap top Ive ever bought has been Apple.
I wish I had found Kirk and his amazing family years ago! Their service is exceptional! The store is beautiful, comfortably laid out, with quality products to test. They are knowledgeable and friendly and best of all no crazy wait!

Hello, Wanted to take a quick moment to recognize Macdaddy and their staff. My Iphone10 image recognition wasn't working and they fixed it in 5 minutes and when I asked how much they said this one was on the house and please remember us in the future. While I was waiting I noticed they had posted reseller so I went back and bought my son a apple home desk top.
Very professional and helpful and most important knowledgeable. Best thing about the process, I didn't have to make make appointment with genius bar at inconvenient time, drive to inconvenient mall and park effing mile a way to wait for appointment time.winning!

This place is awesome. I've sold an iPhone here and I today I bought a Macbook Pro. The owner, Kirk is really cool and he gave me a great price on my computer, which was in great shape, basically new. I highly recommend buying your used Apple products from this store above all others.

I was having some issues with my MacBook, called apple technical support and they could not help me. Brought my Mac into Macdaddy's and they fixed it right away! Very knowledgeable on everything Apple! Definitely coming here again

This place is amazing! Beautiful store in a restored 100 year old building. First Class exterior in the cute old town Carrolton shopping district set around the town park.

MacDaddy Kirk took my PowerBook laptop that was quoted do high elsewhere to repair that I was going to
have to replace it. But Kirk was very personable and knew exactly what to do. In about 45 minutes he made my Mac run like new again and I couldn’t be more thrilled. Great guy. Great Store for fairly priced new and open box new Mac’s computers and laptops and iPads of every type. MacDaddy’s is your one stop awesome service shop!

The service at MacDaddy’s is the absolute best and fastest of any I have experienced anywhere in the country. From now on I will always come back.

I came in to Macdaddy today to get a MacBook repaired and had a great experience. Kirk is a nice guy and immediately started working on the computer, no “come back next week” service here. The fix was fast and much cheaper than I expected. All the products in the store are great quality and prices are beyond reasonable. Kirk is knowledgeable and genuine. I will be coming to this store for any apple products and repairs from now on. I can’t recommend him high enough!
