I’ve been a long time patient of this practice, and after their two best doctors retired, there is just no good reason to keep going. Insanely long wait times, can never get anyone on the phone, doctors are clearly rushing to get you out to the office. Front office staff are generally unpleasant, impatient, and unhelpful. We finally had to stop going. I requested medical records to take to my next practice and three months later, they still haven’t been sent. There are better doctors and practices out there.

Great clinic. Be prepared for possible long wait times but my most recent visit was no longer than 10 minutes. The front staff is not very friendly, be prepared. Face mask is required as of Dec 2022- I’m adding that here because it was not mentioned in the appointment setting or text reminder so when I arrived I waited outside and called to make sure I could go in and request one.

Doctor Aung did see me, he was very friendly. After being a patient here for almost 10 years my previous doctor is retired (Dr. Wysoki) and I hope Dr. Aung stays. His nurse (Stephanie, I believe?) was also very friendly. My only complaint other than the check-in staff was my prescription recommendation. The one prescribed to me is a different class of drug completely than my previous which I was not aware of until I was home. I recommend seeing a specialist for anything other than just regular cold/flu symptoms.

I wasn’t notified that Dr. Senger was leaving their practice so I called to schedule an appointment with another doctor in order to establish care but they only gave me the option to see one of two other doctors rather than letting me choose my own even though my appointment would’ve been months out. I understand they need to balance out the doctors schedules but I should still be able to pick my doctor for multiple reasons. It shouldn’t be too difficult to accommodate a patient that is only seen once or twice a year. Not that it affects the clinic but I’ll be finding a doctor elsewhere. Dr. Senger was an excellent doctor and I wish him the best!

This clinic is loosing me & several other patients fast due to their "new " PCP"s
They are older drs that have no respect for their patients nor our time time. I will be changing along with a few coworkers that are extremely dissatisfied. Whom I referred from work; Before retiring I was a patient of this clinic over 10 years with
Dr Oliver then was assigned Dr Onuma she's a total rock no emotion no consideration for anyone but herself. Schedules u to go in then keeps saying " what are u doing here I already referred u to a specialist " (while the specialist can't see me til 3 weeks later)
I have to ask for her to check my ears she just wants to bill for seeing me 5 minutes of her time not to mention the office staff tells u to arrive 15 mins early & u still have to wait between 30 mins to 3 hours to see then for 5 mins -I TIMED IT WHILE WAITING- 6 mos later went to urgent care or asked to see the PA various times finally Changed her after continuous lack of caring for my health
2nd PCP Aung asked the 2nd visit, who's ur pcp? ! Like really? & refused to fill out FMLA because he didn't know enough about me & inherited me from the previous irresponsible dr. Whom also says see one dr at a time why are u seeing different specialist? And neither of these drs have requested full blood panels or asked about mental health this ordeal is causing me.
The office manager Anthony Espinoza doesn't return your calls told his reps to provide an email & he'd look into it! But it's an invalid email not answers his calls. Or replies to voice mails I waited 6 mos for him to answer changing drs
But he can't return my call with this urgent need? !
In between the 6 mos of waiting & avoiding to see dr onuma I was paying urgent care clinics & or seeing the PAs in house when w/Dr Sanchez only saw twice she's the only one that did help me, referred me to 4-6 different drs after an injured left hand & shoulder & sciatic pain.
But now I feel as if I'm blacklisted they aren't caring about anything just getting a paid.

Dr. Jose Sanchez may be a great physician however his office staff is horrible! Very unprofessional including the office manager. They all play the CYA game and are not considerate at all to patients. They act like children gossiping and making faces. They lie to your face saying you were called when they skip you. They prefer to sit around eating lunch and snacks the pharmaceutical reps bring up front than do their job correctly.
Explaining to them the problems and don’t listen to any of it. It’s just better not to even try them.

This place was inconsistence way before the covid, I stopped coming here in the late 1990's the MD's ordered too many cat scans, xrays etc.when I tried to cancelled them, they hounded me for days to do them.so I fired them.

Be fully prepared this place is always busy and takes a bit longer with appointments and calls. Normally this would be an issue but its clear why the waits are what they are and why people continue to seek treatment and care here. The medical staff and Doctors are excellent and worth the wait. I’ve had 2 separate Doctors take me on as a patient and subsequently retire and each time there was a clear plan for transition in place to my next Doctor.the medical staff is super helpful and I’ve never had an issue with scheduling, claims or paperwork. Prescription issues are few and far between & any I’ve ever had have always been resolved within 1 business day of bringing the issue to them, shout-out to medical staff person Gabby who wassuper helpful, knowledgeable and friendly & helped me resolve my issue quickly. If you have some patience and can arrive early, the experience walking out the door is worth it!

Twice when I have tried to be seen, I have had to go to an urgent care and once my cardiologist that I work for saw me for my blood pressure. I was very ill and called on Thursday morning it was Monday before they got back with ne.

I tried over 4 times to reschedule a appointment as to avoid being charged $50 missed appointment fee. On hold each time for over 30 minutes and sent to a voicemail. Texted that I couldn't reach anyone to reschedule. I get a response 2 days later. Sorry we're busy.
Sure enough I get the bill. And a $50 charge No show visit there phone system is absolutely horrible. Patient's want to hear a human voice. Losing so much faith in this practice.

I wouldn't even give a star but absolute awful service. There doesn't seem to be anyone that knows how to pick up a phone to even schedule an appointment. I ask to speak to the director do I'm given email and I was surprised but really I shouldn't have been.the email I was given was not the correct email.

I have been a patient of MacGregor for over 10 years. They have been progressively harder and harder to get on the phone. Now
today I call because I tested positive for Covid. Their response is to go to an urgent care clinic because they have no openings for Teledoc or in person appointments. You've heard of too big to fail they are too big to succeed. I will be moving to a smaller Doctor group. If I could give zero stars I would.

Worst medical office I have ever had to deal with. I have waited on hold several times for over 30 minutes. NO communication between staff. Trying to get refills on medication is a joke. If you have a choice go anywhere but here!

Drs are great, but phone system is terrible. I called the appt line 4 separate times this morning, and each time I was on hold a long time, then was sent to voicemail. My experience is that VMs are never returned, so I didn't leave a message. Called my brother's dr's office directly and no one answered the phone after 8 rings. I finally left a text message, and I did get a quick response to that. However, the way they choose to run their business is extremely stressful for their patients!

Will not recommend anyone to this clinic and I am done. Trying to resolve an issue with their director and never returned call or email. They have lost all credibility with me and my family. No stars are deserved.

I have been a patient of Dr Ana’s for over 20 years. She is a great GP and I couldn’t have done it without her.

Been here since 6 years old. Doctors have always treated me alright. I do wish the hours were extended though
