Our non-profit is treated very well at this storage unit facility. We appreciate them being part of our community.

Great storage facility with fair pricing. I have now moved out due to being moved into my house but i was renting from a bigger name storage as well because at the time, storage units were hard to find in my area, and the bigger name one raised their prices quite a bit while I was there and macho never did. I would definitely rent from there again if needed.

Bad customer service and communication. Told them a family member died and to give me a couple days, they agreed I have text and photos to prove it. Go to my storage and they locked me out. Would gladly show the owner if they want to see my text and phone calls.

Would give them zero stars if I could. The management is awful and customer service is worse I have ever dealt with.
