Mack's has the best RV store. He has a great selection of supplies and the prices won't gouge your wallet. The staff are RV masters and they are always there to help and educate. Thank you!
Macks was reccomended to me by a local friend as a place to find a dump cap for a camco portable toilet. The part I ordered and recieved from Amazon was 1 digit off from the part # I needed. The very helpful and patient man (sorry terrible with names) reaserched and had me on my way with all the info for the correct part # so I can have a functional bathroom in my vanhome. Will definitely use Macks for future vanhome needs, great service.
I highly recommend for your Rv repairs. It difficult to get parts since COVID. Randy went out his way to get my Rv back in service. They did a awesome job!
Needed a thermostat and quickly as where I had ordered from kept sending me the wrong parts.
Drove 30 minutes and less than 5 min, had the right part and out the door.

My wife and I were on our way to Austin Tx starting from Oregon and had some issues with a widow in the middle of our trip. I called Macks and told them what was going on and that I needed to get it fixed so I could continue my trip for the day. They were incredibly helpful and accommodating by letting me just show up and they promptly helped get the window in place so I could continue my road trip. Can't begin to express the huge relief that I had getting the window fixed and getting us back on the road again. Thank you!
