I have used this company a number of times, & they are amazing! Fast, courteous, dependable, & everything. Good…+ you can really Talk w/ a real person.

6 year old iMac would not boot. Under electronic contact and took to 410 store. They could not fix and suggested Apple Store at North Star. Diagnostics run and they could not fix without reinstalling operating system and loosing all storage info. “Would I ne interested in new computer or shipping to a California company at my expense. ” I went to MacTLC as walk in, discussed problem. I was told they could back up all data and would try to fix. 48 hours later I was called and told ”data backed up on external drive and the computer fixed. ” Bill $180 including tax. Friendly and obviously skilled people.

I went in for a hard reset on my 2017 MacBook Pro after I was using it through a display window and the battery ran out. This has happened before a while back and the usual Key commands for the reset would not work this time. I made an apple store appointment but, as this is my work computer, I can into MacTLC to see if they can reset it for me sooner than the apple store appointment. I went first thing in the morning and guy behind the desk wouldn't listen to me when I said it only needs a hard reset and was adamant that it would needs repair. Regardless, I asked if they could run the diagnostic in front of me, and he explained that they have a $75 fee to get me at the front of the queue. I said I had an appointment with Apple later today and maybe i should just take it there and they guy said they would have to send it off for a repair and it could take two weeks. I go ahead and purchase the rushed service and 40 minutes later I get a call from the actual technician to tell me that they only had to hard reset the computer and that there is no damage to the screen, hard drive or anything. I asked if they needed to at-least remove the battery and they said they only had reset the computer.so I head back over there to pick up and they charge me another $55 for the diagnostic. All they ended up doing was a reset, what I had told them from the beginning, and what Apple could have done for me for free right in front of me. Full disclosure they did clean the surface of my computer and updated my software for me but I much rather would have had the $140.54. I miss their old location behind the airport where the technicians verified everything at the front desk rather than dealing with some useless cashier that charges you to waste your time.

Outstanding workmanship, competent and considerated service, prompt turnaround, and reasonable service charge. Everything you could want in a top notch computer repair firm.

Came in with my MacBook air on a Friday to get my display replaced & picked it up on Monday. Very fast very trust worthy for a fair price. Will be coming back for any issues I have with my apple products!

I’ve been coming here for years, even after the move from the location on Nakoma. Great service, knowledgeable staff and attention to detail you don’t always get at the Apple Store. Becky and her family are so great, thanks for always making it easy to come visit.

This place was excellent. Very quick service of our device. Made it even better that it was under warranty. You can literally pull right up and walk in. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Locally owned store that we have had two brand new Macs upgraded at and recently they swapped out a hard drive in an old iMac that had crashed. They were able to recover all of the data and install a newer, more efficient hard drive at a very reasonable cost.

I’ve bought macs from them in the past and had them fix all of my Mac related problems over the last 15 years… just the other day I walked in with an issue and it evaporated the moment I got inside. It was a miracle! Thanks MacTLC!

Great place for Apple repairs. They replaced my battery and keyboard in less then a week for a reasonable price. Prices and turn around seem much better then Apple Store. Will defiantly return in the future if I am in need of repairs and have already recommended to a friend.

Not very customer focused. Had a battery replaced in my Mac. Got home and although they had it for almost a week they never thought to charge the battery. It’s not that complicated…

High prices, decent customer service, good turn around time and much better than waiting at the apple store.

My macbook air needed a battery replacement and it was done within minutes. The customer service was great and I will definitely come back if I have any other problems with my computer.

I took my ipad there because it was not charging. They were so helpful and did not charge me a cent because it was just dust. KIND PEOPLE!

I've taken numerous computers to MacTLC for repairs and they're amazing every time! They always go through Applecare first to see if the repair is covered and then check for any recalls to see if it can be covered under that. I feel like they do a better job and are more honest than the Apple store. They're turnaround time is great too!

This small owned business does great work, fixes warranty and non warranty repairs in house and has incredible customer service and always has cool music playing. A cool vibe exists in the store and they are taking Covid protocols. A gem in San Antonio for sure!
