Macy's, Houston TX

Macy's was great. However most stores at the Galleria now open at 11: 00. Most merchandise comes with a bar code that u take to a scanner to get the price. Then u must take merchandise to a associate that can finish your sales. All in all the experience was great. I saw some merchandise that I was very interested in. I will return.

I was exceptionally pleased with the service provided by Dalma in women’s fragrances. She is truly one of the most exceptional, kindest employees I have ever come across in a retail establishment. Even during a busy time in the fragrance department, she provided exceptional service. She made my visit truly wonderful, and I am incredibly grateful for her excellence in customer service.

Macy’s is one of my favorite stores to shop at. They seem to run good specials each week. They were very busy, but the customer service was still decent.

Staff & Management were nice and professional. Place was very clean and there was a lot of merchandise.

I SO want to support mortar & brick stores, but assistance was minimal and no one knew what merchandise was in their departments.

My No. 2 go-to retailer however, my No. 1 favorite place to purchase my shoes. They ALWAYS have great deals on shoes and clothing.

The worst experience I have ever had I ordered online merchandise no one in that store knows where to pick it up when you make phone calls no one answers this is their flagship store in Houston it is full of little teenagers running around no one knows anything I will not return to the Galleria or Macy's anywhere

I went to the men’s cologne counter where Fatima was more than an employee, her customer service skills and her willingness to help was over the top.

Today I had a wonderful customer service experience with Liu at the Galleria Macy’s. She was extremely friendly, professional, and attentive. I was shocked at how she went above and beyond to help me get my issues corrected. It made my day that she was so willing to dedicate her time to resolving my situation despite how busy the store was. This is why I continue to shop at Macy’s. I hope this message can be conveyed to her or her supervisors. Thank you!

Large Macy’s with a great selection. I have also never had bad service at this location. Macy’s always has great deals and staff is always helpful with coupons that will save you additional money. Of course the location is hectic but that’s just the way it is in the area so can’t hold that against the store.

Wow. The fine watches department really took the time to make sure I was happy with my warranty issue. They consulted with others and even got the manager to help. They took care of everything and listened to me. Thank you, Letty!

They didn't take the security tags off my merchandise. Now I can't where and now I am inconvenienced not only in that way but I have to go back to this mall tomorrow and have the tags removed. What makes things even worse is we are on vacation!

Friendly down to earth employees. They went out of their way to help my brother in law save a few bucks on his purchase when it was not necessary.

I like the store at all but I bought a Suite online and does not fit on me I return it so the Customer service a rude lady was yelling on me you enjoyed and now returning I said I will talk to you manger tomorrow and she was also talking in rude to other customer her name is Marianna.

Not what it used to be before. And still expensive.whoever is the buyer for Macy's at this location must go to a *up-to-date me style &fashion * classes.seriously your women, kids and men apperal needs a serious update in style.

Latest collections of garments for ladies, gents and kinds. One of the best place for kitchenware. Staffs there are very friendly and helpful.

Currently they are having discount of 25% on most of the items for MACY's members.

This store is great in many respects but there’s few great sale selections as compared to other Macy’s stores.

I went looking for a Clarins serum. Lucky for me, Sisi was the clerk helping there. She was super helpful and we had a long nice talk.
Would definitely go back!
